1997 - 2017: it's exactly 20 years I buy my tickets for the DMC, in Italy when I was a little girl, then in New York and now in London as well. I know most of the routines by heart. I can't forget to say that I knew a lot of people through this amazing DJ competition, and some of them became my best friends, buying records for the love of Music and traveling. Only years later I decided to spin some Music myself. Because first of all I m a huge fan and supporter of the DJ movement and it sounds so weird when they ask me: "Leva... why are you here?!". Even if I don't compete I m here cause it's a movement and part of me and my Culture. I've grown with and through it and feel it deep inside... can't really put into words but I m 100% sure of one thing: all of this changed my life and my approach to it. Thanks to every amazing soul who expresses him/herself through the turntables I've seen/known/meet yesterday. Congrats to @djyukichi for the amazing job on the records and winning the Battle for Supremacy: when I saw these records spinning I was almost crying.
