So two of Ein’s Pokemon are potentially trans

Golbat’s male in Ein’s first fight, then he uses a female Crobat from Realgam Tower onwards. Golbat and Crobat are both level 48 during their initial fights (and only, in Golbat’s case) the only difference between ‘mons is a slightly different moveset and the gender, obviously.

The same thing happens with his Manectric. Manectric is male in the Realgam Tower fight, then female in Deep Colosseum. In Manectric’s case, the Pokemon is nearly identical between fights, same ability and moveset, only difference is Maectric’s level (and gender)
