I met you on a hill side, And I felt like living in the wild side So when you asked me to the front, I said "kiss me" because I wanted to be blunt. Two more days and two more nights, The world was wonderful and full of lights. Sadly the rave is over and done, But our romance has just begun. Long drives, late nights and phone calls, We visit, but there are too many walls. It's over, we've ended it, it's time to move on, But my stupid heart won't admit that you're gone Now I listen to your mixes, And I wonder how we can fix this. What would it take to make you mine? A dollar, a nickel, a dime? I've left too many words unsaid, You can hear them knocking around my head. I miss you; if that makes it simple You're an idiot, no I won't be gentle. My heart broke when all you said was "okay" You see, I never thought this would just fade away. We might have been the person that's missing, But not now that we've stopped kissing.
