And no, she hypnotize not with songs, but with the help of this smoke from her mouth.

Week 1 of my daily art project: OCtober!

Its just a whole bunch of my ocs (plus my friends' ocs who im going to be drawing every weekend (not on day 1 tho)) in assorted halloween costumes/cosplays!

assorted info about my choices under the cut! also, my ask box is open if you wish to ask any questions about them!

-The Ball Lord is designed to be this hyper intimidating, but ultimately pathetic anime-style antagonist, hes crazy and his design reminded me of JJBA's The World, so i had a lot of fun with that.

-Starral is mainly dressed up as rosalina because of her origins. Shes a hyperactive lady whos super energetic and emits a literal aura of energizing energy, because shes all inspired by the Starman from mario. thats really the main reason i drew her as rosalina. pretty lady dressed up as pretty lady, sounds egood.

-Retina is another weird choice, shes a robot with giant eyeball screens for a head and shoulders, so i thought making her into "that one eyeball enemy from super mario 64" sounded fun. so Mr. I she became! shes also donned in a ton of lethal lava land textures because that sounded fun to do for me.

-the object fighters are all like. no thinking choices. potato is vegetable, so is pumpkin jackolantern! sprite is drink so is pumpkin spice latte! grapes are fruit so is cranberries and those are from thanksgiving but whateva!!!! theres a lot of lore about them im disregarding but the most interesting is that battle potato is a seasoned war veteran, thats about all i think is important enough to say.

-Bee-J is an infected hollow knight bee made by vespa, specifically having parts of his brain removed that make him act on violence. the hive collapsed and he was still alive and vespa's plan ultimately worked because he physically cannot think to be violent. anyways the radiance and bee-j are just a dumb comedy duo where beej is having a good time and the radiance wants him to fucking kill so bad. i thought turning the radiance into an afro sounded fun so i made im into the disco zombie from pvz sounded great.

-JAM-35 (or James) is just a gangly thin robot. making him look like endo 02 out of a bunch of spare junk like cardboard and tape sounded fun so i did that. im really happy with the pixelated face and the scan lines thats just something i wanted to say.

-Chill was specifically my friend's sona, she wanted me to draw her as the 14th doctor she cosplayed as once, and i did. i also kinda did it because i wanted to make one of my characters commemorate that me and my friend finished watching doctor who series 10 which was really fun. i had a great time with it! so this really just killed two birds with one stone. amazing awesome fun yes.
