the sped up part: Raven developed a fear of flowers due to her captivity in one of her missions back then, this is because during her time trapped in a room from an abandoned kindergarten all she sees was old wallpapers of Sunflowers, which felt mocking because yk how sunflowers all bright and mean happiness? yeah she was feeling far from it. The experience went beyond just sunflowers over the years and she sort of developed a fear to all kinds of flowers since she never really quite healed this part of her

Wow people are really coming for me this year huh, whose tea did I piss into huh? Anon, my friend, sweetheart. There's a few things I think you don't understand about me and I am not starting shit or making this an argument, frankly im too old for this kinda stuff. But I am going to kindly explain to you and anyone else who follows me who thinks i'm being rude about not sending asks back to the people who send me them.

Firstly, like you I am also shy. I don't enjoy sending people asks or DMs because I feel like I am bugging them or burderning the,m. Also I am terrified of most of the people I follow because they are a lot more cooler and talented than me and it feels almost wrong for me to bug them, even if they state that "it's okay to send me asks" I cannot bring myself to do it. I am more a 'wait to see if they're comfortable talking to me first' because I am socially inept.

Secondly, Having ADHD and DiD is a combination thats sometimes very messy. I am constantly distracted or focused on something else. Or I am not here at all. It is someone else, another alter, replying AS me. both these disorders, also affect my memory. I can't remember who sends me what asks or what questions come from what ask game.I struggle with words adn we suck at remembering what we're doing. I am not being rude, it's literally me not remembering who sends me what from where and being overwhelmed when I look to see who has send me what.

I also, am bulk collecting asks and reblogs. Sometimes we just spam reblog a certain tumblr because thats our attempt at making friends, showing them that we like their conctent and appreciate them. Sometimes it's just us going through a tag. Some of the asks that I have in my ask box are from novemeber and we havent had the spoons to get to them until now. . I reply because I have spoons and energy too, I dont always have the energy and spoons to send asks back. Im disabled anon and sometimes that takes a tole on me.

Right now it's two forthy am and I am trying to word on writing because I replased or the first time since August. I am distracting myself and just trying to have a nice time.

TL;DR: Sometimes I simply forget to send asks back or forget whose send me what. Also I am socially inepct and shy and dont wanna bug people or whatever. I dont wanna FORCE people to interact with me. I am not being rude. It is not rude. I’ve gotten a few new followers recently and wanted to reintroduce myself because I haven't been active in a few months.

I’m Shelbi, im 25 years old and I live in Ohio in the US. This is what I look like 

So a few facts about me, I love makeup, fashion, anything style related. I have a rare form of muscular dystrophy called nemaline rod myopathy and identify as a disabled woman. I also have a few other comorbid illnesses including bipolar disorder and PTSD. (im totally available to talk about these things if anyone is struggling or just wants to vent!) I’ve been playing the sims since I was probably 5, I would sit on my moms lap and drink milkshakes while she played the first sims game, then when I was old enough I got to play on my own. Hello. Anyone know of an ol fashioned loan shark? Lol. Or just a kind soul thats willing to help me and loan the rest of the money I need to get rid of this lingering debt. I managed to get it down to 500. This chunk is just hovering over us and going into the new bills. We are trying so hard to get by and Im afraid we are going to start to loose things or get things shut off. Ive tried again asking family, but theyve all shut me out. I know im asking alot. Ive been putting off coming on here to ask for help because I wasnt sure how well that would go down with anyone. But as I see all the post about FAMILY and SPN ending next year...Im hoping I can get some help from this FAMILY cause my real family SUCKS!!

Ive been with this fandom for about 4 or 5 years. Im unfortunately not a very creative person...so I cant do art or fics or anything like that. Im actually one of the quiet shy behind the scenes type. Mostly due to the nasty ones that came at me in the beginning for liking destiel and cockles. Also...because thats just me. Sorry. But I DO reblog all art and fics and anything that I see that should be. And I am quick to try to help or reblog anyone asking for help.

Anyway....I come here now...asking for help. I live with my mom. I take care of her. I have a job and she gets disability. My sister used to live with us but she got into drinking, drugs and other stuff. She left but left all her debt. Weve tried taking care of that and almost had it cleared. But then she stole money from us and now we are struggling with rent this month. The landlord has been helpful...but they can only hold it for so long. We have less than a week to come up with 1015 or we have to go.

Ive tried asking everyone....surprising when people whom youve always helped are now nowhere to be found. Especially relatives.

I know its asking alot and I already feel bad for asking. If you are able to help any and it can be loaned...I can pay it back...I just need a month to get it back to you.

roland: i’m torn because i want roland to be an edgelord but i also want him to be a quiet shy baby so why not both? i think he would like Gorillaz. sometimes laid back and chill and other times a little edgier. also in with the type of kids i feel like he would hang out with.

abbe: mostly how he’s been given the ability to… move on? his mom is still trapped in their family’s past tragedies and roland and elian are dragged down with that as well, but abbe’s been the one to grow and rebuild the house and get married and now he’s gonna be a dad soon. he’s proud he’s been able to continue the legacy. 

roland: he’s really proud of the things relating to his equestrian hobbies. he’s just starting out in the horse-breeding business but he has one or two really nice mares and im sure he has another one he’s training for the royal guard. he’s also the best rider in his family because its like all he does lol. 

irena: she was able to get out from under the shadow of her mother. irena and her mom don’t really like each other and her mom was always disappointed that she decided to become a knight instead of trying to climb the social ladder. they kind of stopped talking. ironically enough, irena ended up basically being adopted into a Duke’s family and though it’s super petty and very vengeful i think irena’s also proud of how she became everything her mother wanted in her own way and without her mom’s help. she likes to think of her mom being salty and jealous. 

anneliese: her reputation! she had to essentially rebuild it from the ground up after her dad did naughty scandalous things but she’s proven herself to the people who serve her. 

5. Does your OC have a favorite film? (answering like they live in modern times)

elian: he likes superhero movies, like the marvel movies. i haven’t actually seen a lot of these so i can’t pick the one that’s his favorite but i have a feeling it’s like captain america or spiderman. he wont stop making jokes about how roland is emo peter parker.

roland: black beauty he strikes me as the type who would like psychological thrillers like the shining or inception. movies that have lots of deep layers and summaries you stay up late reading until you’re too scared to go to bed. 

irena: she would like things with very traditional elaborate fight scenes and dynamic relationships and cool props and swords and armor and epic battles so basically she’s a lord of the rings fan. 

anneliese: literally the only thing coming to my mind are the twilight movies. the fault in our stars. ya’know stuff like that. i think she would be a big sucker for the princess bride.

roland: the actresses who are a little older but very #classic. julie andrews. judy garland. he might also like modern stars like anne hathaway or emma stone. one of those two.

elian: bold. he likes things that make him feel adventurous like big hats with feathers or sturdy boots. he’s upper class so he’s still gotta look nice but he goes for that “i’m a rich guy who’s never been camping in my life but i went out and bought all this super nice fancy camping gear so people will think i’m professional when i’m not” look. 

abbe: very presentable, always On Point™. he’s gotta dress to impress, so all his clothes are neatly pressed and he tries not to wrinkle them up too much or get them dirty. he tends to trade in neutral colors like white and black for things a little brighter to liven up the house a bit. he’s still young. let abbe be Free™.

roland: he’s a big emo hot topic baby and the only thing he’ll wear is black.

irena: sleek shiny new armor that’s hand-crafted with details carved into the breastplate and shoulder pieces. regal deep colors and clean polished boots. 

anneliese: PINK. big poofy dresses. less of a focus on patterns and more of a focus on teeny cutesy details. 

10. Does your OC have any special talents?

elian: lmao i’ve never talk about this before but i sort of headcanon he’s alright at. fishing. it’s dangerous for him to swim and when his dad was around he was in the same situation. as selkies they still had a strong draw towards the water so instead of fishing as seals they would bond with each other by going to the shore or out on a boat and just have some quiet fishing time. :’) but anyway because of all that elian is much better at using a fishing rod than other selkies are. 

abbe: he seems like a really average family-man kinda guy so i want him to have some talent that’s just so obscure and ridiculous and totally unexpected. he can juggle with his knees. he has this 6th sense that tells him when it’s going to rain. i’m confirming all this for canon immediately. 

roland: he sort of gives me the “intellectual” kind of vibes in a good way and in a bad way. he was probably very good at school/his studies and for some reason history is really sticking out to me the most! while roland and elian don’t really get along i kinda headcanon roland had to tutor elian a lot when they were working through their school books together. 

irena: she can play an instrument, i know that much! i haven’t decided what she plays, but i’m thinking some type of fictional string instrument. she teaches elian how to play some instruments, too, because we all know that poor child is bored out of his mind. 

anneliese: she loves the whole wide world and reads a lot as a weird form of escapism? reading is her way of connecting to all the people and all the places in the world and it exercises her imagination. she’s probably a SUPER FAST reader and i bet she has a scary-big vocabulary for a girl as young as herself haha.

elian: already answered!

abbe: SELF CARE abbe will work himself to the bone and push down all of his personal feelings and hurt to put his family first. i don’t think he wants to be that way but he was kind of forced into that mindset after he had to immediately step up to his dad’s position and then get married on top of that like he had so many big life-altering changes thrown at him within a years time poor boy didn’t even have time to grieve or adequately manage his emotional state. 

roland: being an individual haha. more like being openly opinionated and voicing those opinions. he “aaron burr”s the heck outta life with his “don’t let them know what you’re against or what you’re for” attitude. he doesn’t want to give anyone a reason to start drama with him.

abbe, roland, and elian lost their dad 3 years before the story starts. for a good time after that their mom was not…. entirely there emotionally either so abbe is basically New Dad™.

anneliese: her dad is… kind of in prison?? so like he’s there but not there ya know. and who knows about her mom i’ll talk about that in the next question. anyway her aunt and uncle took her into the family and are basically her new mom and dad congrats anneliese.

Spelling & grammar. i’m very anal about this. i’ll be real. humans make mistakes it’s nature, but i guess i can only describe it as an ocd that i need it written correctly. please note; that i get english isn’t everyone’s first language & some people have writing/reading disabilities that cause mistakes to occur. however if i have to ultimately rewrite my partners posts to understand the basics that are being said, i won’t continue that thread.

why did you choose your url?

i used to have different usernames on every platform i was on (i say "every platform" as if i regularly use anything other than twitter and tumblr) and when i started gaining more traction for my art, i thought itd be convenient for people to search my username if it was the same everywhere. so i started thinking of short cute and simple users to use... i mostly wanted it to sound random so at first i thought up of random combinations of letters like tsuao or 9kyu9, but those were taken 😭 and suddenly when i was singing along to this song in my playlist i noticed the word kisu appeared and i really liked it. my username on twitter at the time was 4keki too so i decided to combine them... my username essentially is keki (cake) and kisu (kiss) so its kind of like cake-kiss whenever you say it out loud ITS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TOO. short cute and simple

why did you start your blog in the first place?

oh boy. KMFSKMHGNDFNSFGGNJ I WAS LIKE.. 12 WHEN I FIRST GOT HERE? and like many other 12 year olds in 2017 i was super super into 21p and other bands that were associated with them at the time (never patd though. i never stooped that far low.) and so i used my blog as a place to meet others who were into them and share gifs/fanart/etc of them. i recently cleared out my blog of most of my older posts so none of its in my archive but trust me when i say i had to clear out thousands of posts from 2017 and 2018 alone

i always like having akira as my icon.. idk i just like him hes cute. i like when people make him a small and round chibi

Rory Mustang. I’m putting this here in case anyone seems to miss it plastered all over my blog. This is not an OC blog. This is a female au of Roy Mustang. I’ve been rping Rory on & off since spring of 2012. So she’s well developed & still my strongest muse.

Availability. I’m around a lot, on mobile. So please keep that in mind. My nights seem to be a lot more clear, so I can try to be on a computer, but it’s sort of a dinosaur and doesn’t work like it used to. So for the sake of my own sanity, I’m going to say I’m primarily mobile.

Spelling & Grammar. I’m very anal about this. I’ll be real. Humans make mistakes it’s nature, but I guess I can only describe it as an OCD that I need it written correctly. Please note; that I get English isn’t everyone’s first language & some people have writing/reading disabilities that cause mistakes to occur. However I have to ultimately rewrite my partners posts to understand the basics that are being said, I won’t continue that thread.

hey! while it’s disheartening and sucks to get hate comments, you should try to remember that the fics you write should be purely for your enjoyment. it’s stuff you like and want to share with the world, and some people find it and end up liking it a lot! you’d be surprised how many people probably read your fics and love it but don’t say anything bc they’re shy. unfortunately, there are a lot of hateful people on the internet and they will do anything to try and bring you down. you should try your best to ignore it (i know you probably don’t wanna hear this but it’s true). another way to get rid of hate is turn off anon on tumblr, if anyone sends you hate after then you can block them. you can also restrict comments on ao3. if you ever get a hate comment on ao3, you can also block or remove (i think) the comment. trust me, there are a lot of people who LOVE your work. just continue doing what you love. if you have haters, they’re most likely just jealous or miserable people. sorry for the long note, hope your day is good!

yes I know that, so is people baking or drawing. but if someone gets told "this cake kinda sucks." or "your drawing is wrong." they seem to be allowed to get upset but with writing its just "well youre writing for yourself!" Yeah, I know that and I am. But if I was writing for myself, I wouldnt be sharing it. People wouldnt be requesting it. if it was just for me. I wouldnt have an ao3 account. im writing for ME but im posting and sharing for other people, the people who ask for said fics, people who are my friends, people who like the ships, the fandom cuz fandoms simply do not exist without fanworks, not creations. were not getting paid for this. AT ALL! Like you cant do fic commissions cuz youre just sitting fanfic and fandom culture back YEARS AND YEAR.

Please get over that shyness. Thats what anons are for, thats for like guest comments are for on ao3. thats what reblogs and nice tags are for. thats for recommending fics on PUBLIC spaces, not discord servers youve made privately. Please tell fanfic authors that you like their fics, please leave comments and draw fanart or whatever you want to do just share it with us! because otherwise writers are going to feel unloved and lost and NOT write anymore and then fandom spaces will, im sorry die cuz the whole point of fandom is we inspire each other, we lift each other up!

im sorry for ranting back at you anon, this ask was really sweet but there was just points that I had to put out, things I had to say because it gets kinda draining being treated differently as a writer than say an artist. Its just like if I drew, like really instead of once or twice a year. People wouldnt be going "youre drawing for yourself." also just the weird diconnect between like, people who write and other people who are making things in fandoms is upsetting because it takes so much work, so much dedication.

like sometimes it feels like people forget that me personally, am disabled and chronically ill. Im currently fighting off pheumonia, ive just gotten out of a very abusive and manipulative relationship where him not liking my writing was a big way he would control what I would do. writing is harder than what it should be right now.
