Hello Tumblr Community!

This year we’re hosting our first Secret Santa for the Grand Chase fan community!

We’re using a Google Docs in which the participating members will write down what they want for Christmas Gifts. The gifts will most probably be either fanart or fanfiction, don’t worry too much about your skills! By writing down your name, you promise to gift whoever gets assigned to you and you’ll also definitely get a gift!

To participate, please DM me! I’ll DM you the link so it doesn’t float freely around the internet. (You can also DM me for the Invite Code for the Discord Chat)

Hey Grand Chase community, tell us how to be better.

Hey, it’s your friend Dimcha here!

Some months ago, this became the top user in the Tumblr search for Grand Chase and I remember being very thankful for it. Recently, some posts have made me think again about the Grand Chase fandom inside the Tumblr community, the ones regarding how little and/or inactive the community is.

I’d like to hear your opinion on how to make the GC Tumblr community better.

Are we lacking events? Are we lacking activities? Or is the fandom just too small to have some of those? Is there anything that you all would like to see here and that would make you more interested in the community/game? Do we need a Discord server? Do we need more interaction with the roleplay accounts?

I’m no company hiding behind a social media account. I have no connection to KOG or whoever they’re connected to. I’m just a fan and I would like to know what fans want from a blog focused on the game. I also have no intention to become a news source or a tutorial source for the game, since there are a lot of those around the internet and I’m not a specialist myself.

Also, some time ago I’ve discussed with @passivefan about how the GC community in some other platforms was toxic (it was a post regarding Altair). We all know that the gaming community has always been problematic, but we would like to make our experience here better for everyone.

a note to the GC fandom

Thanks to each one of you who constantly like, reblog and even CREATE content to the Grand Chase fandom. I’m very grateful for having all of you in this fandom!

If you ever feel like abandoning the fandom because no one reblogs your art please DO NOT WORRY. I’ll try my best to reblog ALL new fan arts and other metas and analysis about the plot/game. Please KEEP WORKING because I’ll keep on cheering all of you to be creative even if I don’t play the game anymore. I have a lot of queued art so that’s also why it may take a little while to get to reblog your art.
