Taehyung fingering u while ur in zoom class,,,,this came to me as i spaced out in class
— contents and warnings: small praising kink, fingering, boyfriend!taehyung, pwp
— words; 1.6k
Thank you for your request, baby!!
~
You were quick to check if your microphone was still off when your boyfriend walked into the bedroom.
“I’m in class,” you mumbled, your voice a bit more bitter than you’d like. You were sprawled on the bed with your laptop heated and resting against your stomach, the screen lowered so you could pretend to pay attention to whatever it was that your professor was saying. You were in class, yes, but it certainly didn’t look like it.
Taehyung laughed at your position, and started walking towards the other side of the bed. “That explains your delightful mood.”
You hummed, eyes still stuck to the small squares on your screen. Every once in a while, you sat up on the bed and turned your camera back on (since your professor almost popped a vein every time he saw that someone had turned it off) but, for the time being, he was too focused on his explanation to care about that. You were off the hook for maybe twenty more minutes, and no one had to see your zombified face for now.
Your sleeping schedule had been absolute chaos since the beginning of the pandemic and the responsibility of an early class wouldn’t make a difference at that point — so, that night, you went to sleep at four knowing fully well that you’d have to be up at seven, and it worked just as well as anyone with a half functioning brain cell would expect. You were awake, but only physically.
The voice of your professor was a monotone, flat and repetitive melody to your ears. Absent-minded, your eyes darted from the screen and towards your boyfriend when Taehyung threw himself on the bed next to you. With interest, he placed his head on your shoulder and looked at the screen, trying to piece together the information on the slideshow.
“This looks really boring,” he commented, fumbling close to you. If your camera had been on, everyone else would think you were in an earthquake, from how much the bed was shaking under his movements. He turned to you. “And you look really annoyed.”
You sneered. “I’m glad it’s obvious. Too much emotional energy is wasted in these calls,” you complained. You did not know how your colleges managed to keep such neutral faces during online classes, it seemed like it took everything in you to look remotely pleasant and fight against your resting bitch face. “I’ll be free in twenty minutes, then I’ll help you with lunch.”
“I was thinking that maybe today we could order something,” Taehyung said, his hand finding its place on your hip bone. A bit of sleep left your body at the contact, his warmth radiating through your thin sweatshorts. “From that restaurant you like from down the street.”
Your mouth salivated at the thought. “That’d be wonderful, actually.”
He hummed, burying his face on your neck. His hot breath sent shivers up and down your skin, his voice vibrating against your flesh as he spoke. “I don’t like when you’re down,” he told you. “I’m just trying to cheer you up.”
It took everything in you not to moan at the feeling. Taehyung knew very well how much your neck was sensitive, and the little demon was doing it on purpose. “I appreciate it,” you managed to say, even if your voice wasn’t as firm as you’d like.
“There’s other ways that I could try and make you feel better.” His hand slithered closer to your center, and stopped right underneath your belly button. With your computer placed in front of you, you could only feel as he made his way down, brushing against the thick fabric of your shorts. “If you want, of course.”
Another glimpse to check if the camera and the microphone were off and you already had your answer. “I’d love that.”
With a wicked smirk, Taehyung shuffled closer so he could place kisses on your neck — hot, wet, open-mouthed kisses that made your legs weak. You bit your lip as his hand moved underneath the hem of your pants, placing itself between your shorts and your underwear.
A wave of heat ran through your body when his middle finger pressed down against your clit and started to trace small circles on it, faint motions that made your head spin. The fabric numbed the sensation a bit, but it was enough to make the first shocks of pleasure and anticipation appear.
“Don’t tease,” you asked, already a bit breathless.
You were a bit embarrassed to say it out loud — even though you were sure that your boyfriend already knew it — but you were already wet just by having his mouth on your neck, reddening your skin with every tender suck. He didn’t need much effort down there.
You made a mental note to cover your neck with your hair if you had to turn the camera back on.
Taehyung chuckled, his breath coming out hot against your neck. “Baby, I already am. Sorry.” His finger worked at a turtle pace, pressing down just right to make your hips buckle up, fighting for more contact. “Do you want me to keep going?”
You swallowed hard. “Yes, please.”
Since Taehyung wasn’t planning to make you even more irritated with his prolonged provocations, he was merciful and pulled your panties to the side, his digits traveling downwards. He moaned in delight when his index found your entrance, soaking him with your juices.
“Such a good girl, always so wet for me,” he praised, his voice deep and velvety. It was driving you crazy. “Pay attention to class while I finger you, baby.”
You had almost forgotten you even were in a zoom class and, when Taehyung sunk two of his fingers inside you, you forgot about it all over again. Overwhelmed, your eyes fluttered shut at the feeling of his long, slender feelings spreading you open, digging inside you and curving just at the right spot that made you see stars. Taehyung had done that enough times to know where your body reacted the most, where he had to touch and press to have you a whining mess beneath him.
A hoarse grunt vibrated in his throat as he started pumping his fingers in and out of you, imagining how it would feel to have you clenching around his cock instead. But that morning wasn’t about him, and Taehyung was patient enough to wait until after lunch to have you bent over and crying to be fucked. That morning, he only wanted to make you cum.
“Feels good, baby?” He asked, merciless with his movements. His hands were so big that his thumb didn’t have any problem finding your clit, putting some pressure on it as he continued to finger your pussy.
You whimpered and moaned, rolling your hips against his hand in a faithless prayer for more. At his question, you only found the force within you to desperately nod.
“You’re so pretty… and you feel so good, baby…” he mumbled to himself, his eyes closing at the feeling of your walls tightening around him. Inside his pants, his cock was hard and aching to be surrounded by your wetness; throbbing and leaking. “You’re such a good girl. Such a pretty little thing.”
“Taehyung,” you called his name and, for a moment, you didn’t know what you wanted to say. The pressure on your lower back was building up at every new thrust of his fingers inside you, and the sounds of your wetness erased your thoughts for a second. “I’m so close.”
“Wanna cum around my fingers, baby?” Taehyung’s voice was hoarse, vibrating against your skin as his mouth relentlessly marked your neck. Your class had long been forgotten, and you couldn’t even open your eyes and look at the screen. Not that you wanted to. You wanted to succumb to him. “Uh? Want to make a pretty mess on my fingers for me?”
You gasped at his words, your thighs already shaking with your upcoming release. His fingers were so big, they felt so good inside you that you could barely think straight. “Yes, please, Taehyung.”
“That’s my girl,” he said, adding a bit more pressure against your clit. The movement made your hips perk up, and your computer almost fell from your chest. “Let it go, baby. Relax. I got you.”
And you did as he said. You came around his fingers as your hand flew to your mouth, muffling your blissful cries as your pussy clenched around him, lower body buckling up and rolling against his final pumps in an attempt to prolong your pleasure. Taehyung grunted in satisfaction, his cock throbbing at the feeling of you soaking his fingers, and he waited for your breaths to settle before he spoke up.
“Better?” He asked, placing a final pec against the skin of your neck, which now blossomed in purples and reds after his attack.
Your eyes opened lazily and for a second you didn’t find your voice. “So much better. That was great.”
Taehyung leaned in and placed a soft kiss against your lips. “I like to see my girl happy,” he said tenderly. His hand slithered out of your underwear, making you feel awfully empty, and he sat up in bed. “Now, you enjoy those final minutes of your class. I’m gonna get us some food.”
“Thanks, baby,” you said, like you would ever be able to think about any subject after that. “You know my order, right?”
He rolled out of the bed with a swift movement. “Yes, Miss.” Taehyung pointed at your computer. “Now, pay attention. Your tuition isn’t cheap.”
You giggled, and your eyes followed him as he left the bedroom.
When Taehyung arrived at the corridor, he looked down at the tent in his pants and realized he might need to make a quick stop in the bathroom before he could even think about ordering food.

yaku san as The sugar daddy please, nsfw nafw nsfw lemme fuck that
A/N: I’m here after I lose my mind over the new chapter because oh god OH GOD he is THE daddy I’m- I just- You’ll know once you read the thing because I’m not ok...
Warning: not exactly manga spoilers but kinda?, sugar baby-sugar daddy dynamics, nsfw
Word count: 1535
Yaku knew he wanted you the moment your eyes met
he’s the handsome young athlete who frequents the family type restaurant you worked at and you’re the part-time worker who begged for more shifts because you just needed the salary to pay for your tuition
when you shyly looked away after noticing that he had been staring at you, the clear desire to steal another glance obvious as you deliberately turned your back to him, he was hooked
he made a move almost immediately, leaving his card together with a heavy tip when you gave him the check
the card was a formal one but on the back, you see the words that made your heart raced as you stared at the black ink at night, your phone in hand as you shakily punched in those digits
Call me?
he responded quickly after you sent the initial message and making it clear that he was interested in you, asked you if you would like to meet him up for dinner that weekend
you felt small when he showed up at your door in a suit that was probably worth your entire month of salary, feeling ridiculously under-dressed even though you already pulled out your nicest outfit
you shivered when he took your hand, pressing a soft kiss at the back and whispered with a smile, “I know you’ll blow me away, but my my do you look beautiful tonight...”
the place he took you was grand, floor-length windows by the table at a secluded corner of the restaurant and the most prestige part of the city below your feet
it was when he left the table temporarily that you had a moment to look at your surroundings to see just how lavish everything was
he already had everything planned before you even walked through the doors so you had no number to look at, but you didn’t need the figures to know that if it wasn’t for him, you would likely never dine at a place like this ever in your life
the opulence was blinding but most importantly, he was so lovely. Even though it is clear that there is a difference in status between the two of you, he never once made you uncomfortable or came off as arrogant
and the feeling that someone like him wanted you made you bolder and bolder, throwing in a few flirtatious remarks of your own
you did not move away when he put his hand on yours, index finger trailing down your wrist
Blinking your eyes to adjust to the light, you had a sudden moment of panic when you sat up to see the unfamiliar hotel room that you were in.
Until the aftermath of your date slowly reappeared in your head and the feeling of the silky bedding rubbing against your bare legs was starting to make your skin heat up.
His lips were on you the moment the door locked, his hand rough against your waist as he tugged and clawed at the dress you were wearing. The smell of his cologne invaded your sense as he trailed wet kisses down your neck, your hand clawing at his back for leverage as your head went hazy at his rampant assault.
This was all overwhelming. His hand fondling your tits as he yanked down the collar of your dress roughly, the way he didn’t seem to mind fucking you against the door if you hadn’t pulled him towards the couch in the center of the room in between moans, the fact that you had met this man for fewer times than you could count with one hand but yet all you could do was arched your back off to let him slide your panties off as he pushed your legs apart.
Your hands were fumbling to just get his belt off while his hands wander all over your naked body. You whined at the feeling of the metal bands that clad his hand, licking your lips at the thought of them being inside of you but for now, you were simply taken over by the urge for him to just mess you up.
Holding your knees, he hooked your legs around his waist as he lifted your lower body off the couch. Your hand gripped at the couch as he nudged his leaking tip against your sopping folds, your nails digging into the soft velvet of the cushion as he hilted in you. His name was the only thing you could get ahold up as he set a feverish pace, the groans and grunts that fell from his lips making you clench.
Your face was getting hotter and hotter the more you recalled the bits and pieces of last night. God, you could barely even look at the room you were in without thinking of something that you had done on there. He proceeded to try and move your tangled bodies to the bed after you barely regained your breath from the round on the couch, only to get distracted by your pants at his ear midway and slammed you against the window that made up one wall of the room with your chest pressed up against the glass.
Oh god, he fucked you against the window. You sighed into your palms, trying to brush away the visuals of your wrists being held up above your head as he rutted against you.
You let out a soft gasp when you felt something tickling the side of your waist. Yaku pulled you closer to him lazily, peppering soft kisses on your stomach as he chuckled at how you tensed up.
“Morning, princess.”
“Morning...” you said, brushing away the tuft of hair that fell on his face with the tip of your finger as he sat up to kiss you square on the lips. The crisp white blanket fell off of him as he sat up, showing the red marks on his chest that was faded but still very much so visible.
Ah, those were from when you two actually got to the bed and you straddled his lap...
You smiled as you leaned on his shoulder, burying your face at the crook of his neck as his hand slid to the small of your back. It had been a while since you last had such good sleep, the mattresses this hotel uses must be of very good quality.
In fact, you could not even recall the last time you woke up without an alarm- wait...
“What time is it?”
Yaku furrowed his eyebrows when you suddenly flinched away, colour leaving your face when turned the clock on the side table towards you.
“Fuck, I’m late for work.” you groaned, “I’m gonna get into so much trouble for this. God, I’m so sorry-”
Your leg was already dangling off the mattress when you felt a strong grip at your wrist, stopping you from leaping off the bed.
“Do you like that job?”
You paused before answering with a dry chuckle, “I need that job.”
“Quit the job, I’ll take care of you.”
“What?” you muttered. Slowly turning around to look at him, you froze in the realisation that he was absolutely serious.
“I can’t-”
“Hey,” his voice was gentle as he put your hand to cradle his face, turning to his side to speak against your pulse point, “I really like you and I think this can work. Let me help, hm?”
You sucked in a deep breath, unable to ignore how tempting the offer was and the way goosebumps were already forming on your skin at his hot breath on your inner wrist.
“Thank you.”
He beamed, letting go of your hand to hold your shoulder instead. Your breath hitched when he kissed the dip of your collarbone, your arms hooking around his neck immediately.
“No need,” he said with a wink, and you knew you were not leaving the room any time sooner when he trailed down.
he wasn’t lying when he said he will take care of you
not only are your bills handled, he is basically spoiling you at any opportunity that presented itself
nice clothes? fancy lingerie? flying with him whenever he is traveling? you name it
so smitten by the sight of you beneath him in all the lavish things that he bought for you
gold necklace on your neck and nothing else?
red bottom heels and naked from the heel up?
he spoils you but he insists that you’re the one who treats him too well
shows you off at galas and events where you hang off his arm
it’s an arrangement of sorts, sure, but above all he just liked having you around
and all the luxuries aside, you just couldn’t imagine not falling asleep in his arms anymore
you have spent countless nights with him at the fanciest places around the world but the hotel room that you first went to remains a favourite and whenever there’s a special occasion, he books the exact same room that night for celebratory purposes
makes sure to fuck you against the window at least once every time
he also proposed in the exact same room, some time down the line

You have to do this.
You have to do this.
You have to do this.
You don’t think your eyes will ever feel normal again. They were dry and scratchy. There were no more tears to shed. You’d buried your Mom two months ago, but you didn’t know how it would ever feel okay. She did everything for you and Julia. Everything. She worked hard, made pretty good money, allowed you to have a part time job and just focus on school. Julia was in this really nice private school, she played the cello now for fucks sake. She had friends and was talking about maybe starting soccer soon, but after funeral costs and your sister’s tuition the life insurance money was running out.
You had to sell the house.
You’d moved the two of you into a small apartment right outside of Chinatown. Not the safest area, but not the most unsafe either. You’d be fine. You had each other, and she needed you to do this. You had to do this.
For her.
You sat uncomfortably in the cheap office chair, sitting across from a woman with too many papers on her desk, everything sloppily arranged around a couple of potted succulents and a framed picture of her and her three kids, no spouse.
“So your last job was in tutoring?” She asked you. You shifted nervously in your seat, nodding your head,
“Yeah, I tutored a high school student in English and Math.” You needed some water. The cheap pencil skirt and blouse you were wearing made your skin itch. She types into her computer some more.
“So why are you here?” She asked, “Why not continue tutoring?” A few more clicks and then more typing.
“The family I worked for paid me pretty well,” You admitted, “But she’s graduating this year and they didn’t need me anymore, I don’t really,” You cleared your throat, “I don’t really have much job experience outside of that and I need to start making money now… I’ve put out job applications but haven’t really gotten any luck.” Not with the income you needed anyway. The woman nodded. The plaque on her desk said her name is Stacy Chandler.
“Alright, here you are.” A printed page, address, date, and time. A job. Clerical work. Data entry. You have to do this...
-
“How was your last day of school?” Julia sat heavily at the kitchen table, backpack slumped on the floor next to her. She buried her face in her arms.
“I’m never going again.” Came muffled from her mouth. She lifted her head to look at you. The beginnings of puberty. You’d recently gone bra shopping for the first time. Real ones, no more training bras. You’d recently taken her to the dermatologist for her acne, but she’s not good at remembering to put on the expensive creams you bought. What a hard time. You don’t envy her.
“Luckily for you,” You smiled, placing a fudgy brownie in front of her, “You don’t have to go back for three whole months!” She rolled her eyes heavily, taking the brownie and disappearing into her room presumably to sit on her computer until dinner.
She was feeling the absence of your Mother just as you were. You weren’t sure what to do here. You loved your sister and you know she loves you too, but in the last few months it’s just been closed doors and a few parting sentences. Only because you had to work so much. Only because she spent a lot of time at friend’s houses where you’d think she would feel normal for a while. It would help ease the burden of being in your mid-twenties and suddenly feeling like a single mother. Of course you can sleep over at Mila’s house, her family is going to their cabin for the weekend of course you can go!
You didn’t know what to do other than keeping her in school and alive. You weren’t ready for this. But the only other option was your estranged aunt who reeked of mothballs and was constantly asking you if you were married, or dating, or ‘You’re Mother wouldn’t have wanted this’. No. It was very clear that your Mom wanted the two of you to stay together, and that’s how it’s going to be.
This summer she was going to spend with her friend Mila at their family’s lake house. Mila’s mother was a stay at home mom with six kids under the age of 12 and would be planning to spend the summer pintresting activities and projects with them while simultaneously getting out of her stuffy-old 10 bedroom, 8 bathroom mansion. Lucky her. Lucky Julia.
The apartment would be empty without the 12-year-old pre-teen for three months, but Julia has really been looking forward to it. Her bags were packed and ready by the door.
You hugged her tightly in front of Mila’s house, burying your face in her hair, partially not wanting her to go, but otherwise knowing that she’s going to have a better time than you could ever provide her. “Okay, you can let me go now.” She shifted in your arms, trying to pull away.
“Just another minute.” You mumbled, pulling her in tighter. “I’m gonna miss you.” She laughed,
“I’m gonna miss you too.” The two of you pulled apart and you tucked her hair behind her ears, cupping her sweet face.
“I love you,” You said very seriously, “If you ever want to come home just-”
“I’ll let you know.” She was getting impatient, the car Mila’s mom was taking to the lake house, a beautifully large black Range Rover sat packed next to you, they were waiting. “I love you too.” She slowly backed away towards the car.
“If she gets homesick, my husband still comes back every week for work so he can bring her home if need be,” Andrea was her name, Mila’s Mom. “She’ll be fine.” Andy was really nice. She made a lot of the food the two of you had eaten in the early days after your Mom’s death. Her gentle reassurance soothed you slightly. It made driving away a little easier, but it didn’t stop the tears that fell as you entered your apartment, alone. For the first time in a while. You didn’t have to hold it in anymore.
You sunk down against your front door, staring out into your living room, tears rolling down your cheeks in the silence of the home. Dirty shoes lined up against the wall, throw blanket hanging halfway off the couch, dirty dishes from breakfast still in the sink, and somewhere you’re sure under all of it was the will to pick yourself back up.
You just didn’t know if you were ready for that quite yet.
But you did it anyway.
More clerical work. More data entry. More bills going half paid and others being ignored all together. Student loans you didn’t even want to think about from a school where you hadn’t even graduated. Medical bills you didn’t even know where to begin paying back, itchy stockings, and uncomfortable shoes. With every day that passed you reexamined your life. How did you get here?
A new job, a new office. Temp assigned, but you knew who worked here. The building that housed it stood tall against the Boston skyline. Contemporary. You sat comfortably in a cushy office chair. The plaque on the desk read Linda Drysdale, CEO. And you waited.
You hadn’t seen the Thrombey’s, let alone the Drysdale branch of the family, for five months. Zero contact. Joni had talked to you last, thanking you for helping Meg, but also trying to sell you eye cream. “You really should invest in taking better care of yourself.” Which was her kind way of trying to tell you that you look old. Thanks.
You couldn’t imagine what Linda would want you for. You’d been doing some filing, they were transferring all of their documents to digital and hired extra help to do so, you were one of three hired from your particular temp agency, but yesterday she had called you personally and asked you to come in for an appointment today at 3 pm. And here you are.
Waiting.
There was a portrait of her family on the wall. Linda herself sitting in a high backed intricate chair, her husband Richard standing to her right, and to her left was her son, Hugh. He went by his middle name Ransom. They were stone faced, serious looking. This painting seemed ridiculous. If you didn’t know the Thrombey’s you’d think it was there to be ironic, as a joke, a play on what rich families were like.
But they were a rich family, and this is what they were like.
Linda was self-serving. She only ever talked to you when it suited her own interests and as soon as she was satisfied she would quickly direct her attention somewhere else, to someone more important. She used you to get what she wanted and when you served her purpose you were gone. She had no time for anyone, only her father. Anything for Harlan.
Richard was a predator. He was always making an uncomfortable comment about either your body or your face. He stood uncomfortably close at times and liked to settle a hand on the small of your back. He was a well kept man, throwing his wife’s money around like it was his own. He kept a money clip of hundreds in his pocket.
Ransom was a piece of shit. He was a self-centered egotistical asshole who was sure to make your life a living hell every time he saw you. There was always a comment, a jab at your clothes, your hair, the fact that you are poor. He once ‘accidentally’ threw your cardigan away because, “I thought it was one of those fucking rags you dust with, I didn’t want it touching my burberry.” He, like his father, felt predatory. Something about being a rich white man just really got them going, and the money clip with the hundreds… a learned habit.
“Alright,” Linda’s voice came from the doorway, you turned slightly in your seat. She was on the phone, “Well we will send Michael out to show them the properties instead, I’m sure we’ll find something they like.” She gave you a finger, hold on, even though you’d been sitting here patiently waiting for her for close to twenty minutes now. “Okay,” She continued, “Sounds good.” Sitting down in her chair, tapping a few keys to illuminate her computer screen. “Alright now, bye-bye.” She took her phone from her ear, looking down at the screen before placing it face down on the desk and smiling at you.
You knew that smile. She wanted something.
“So, Y/N right?” You nodded, “I see you’re looking for work.”
“Well, I’m with a temp agency right now but-”
“Would you like something a little more permanent?” A permanent job? The Thrombey’s had paid you very well to tutor Meg, better than you were making now. Granted you had only worked 15 hours a week when you were tutoring her, so $20 an hour didn’t seem like that big of a deal, but if they were looking for something, anything full time…
“Absolutely,” You smiled, shifting in your seat, “I’ve had trouble being hired because my-”
“Okay so you’re going to need Ransom’s number, and you’ll start tomorrow.” Your smile dropped.
“Ransom needs a tutor?” You asked skeptically. She laughed.
“No, he needs an assistant.” She gestured towards herself, “I can’t keep telling him when or where to be for family events and he has a fairly active social life so I’m gifting him an assistant for his birthday.” Oh.
“I uhm,” You really didn’t want to work for Ransom. You REALLY didn’t want to work for Ransom. “How much would it…?” You trailed off nervously.
“My father paid you $20 an hour to tutor Meg, yes?” She asked, typing something into her computer, no longer looking at you.
“Yes, he did.” You moved trying to see what she was typing without bringing too much attention to it. She was drafting an email.
“So I’ll pay you the same. Ransom will set hours for you and decide what days of the week he’ll need you and what else he wants you to do,” She waved her hand dismissively, “Cleaning, cooking, whatever.” She scribbled on a post-it before peeling and handing it to you. “Here’s his number and address, you can go over the particulars of your job tomorrow morning.” You opened your mouth to speak again, ask her the million and one questions you have but before you could say anything she dismissed you, “That is all.” She said. And she was done with you.
She got what she wanted. And now she wanted you to leave.
So you did.
“Well,” He grinned, “Linda really scooped you up from the bottom of the barrel, huh?” You stood on Ransom’s front porch. The only texts you sent and received last night were ‘What time do you need me to be there?’ and an hour later the reply of ‘11’. The scumbag was standing in the doorway, leant against the frame, looking down on you. In more than one way.
“Can I come in?” You asked. You really didn’t want to do this. But a $12 an hour temp job versus $20 hour stability… hard to beat. He smirked, pushing off the frame before looking you up and down, turning to disappear into the house.
“Take off your shoes.” What a fucking joke. His house was a mess. Clothes thrown haphazardly around, a pile of dishes not in the sink, but on the counter. Abandoned cups, tv was rolling on in the background, some political documentary. The house, while contemporary and clean, well kept on the outside. The inside looked like a frat house during rush week. You didn’t want to take off your shoes in fear that you’d step in vomit or something worse.
He grinned off to the side, “Had some people over last night.” He explained, drinking what looked like orange juice from a coffee mug. The vodka bottle that was capless on the counter led you to believe that orange juice wasn’t the only thing in the cup. “You can start by cleaning up.” He gestured around, sinking back down into the sofa. “I’m sure I’ll think of something else you can do when you’re done.” The fucking prick.
You shut the door a little heavier than intended, slipping your sneakers off and placing them by the door. “You’ve got a laundry room?” You asked, he didn’t look away from the television,
“Basement.” And he was done with you too. The tone was very, don’t talk to me. Which honestly you were grateful for.
You cleaned up his messes, the red solo cups that littered almost every surface in every room, laundry was running in the basement, dishwasher working hard to sanitize the first round of plates and cups that could fit, the others waiting patiently in the sink as you wipe counters and dusted picture frames, the thick film of unappreciation. He didn’t care about his house, his furniture, the art that cost more than your apartment that lined his walls. His clothes, while having an extensive closet, some were threadbare and with holes.
He didn’t care.
And it made you angry.
You thought of the furniture you were able to keep from your Mother’s house, well oiled and kept. No scratches. The fabrics of the couches and chairs carefully cleaned and maintained.
His sheets were stained and you were unsure when the last time he had washed them actually was. The dampness made you gag. It wasn’t long before you were cleaning under his feet. His ankles crossed and feet resting on the coffee table as you straightened the area around him. You felt his eyes on you, briefly, but ignored it.
“Do you have any real clothes?” He asked suddenly. He stood from the sofa, rounding it to pull the vodka bottle back out from the cabinet you’d placed it in, pouring heavily into the coffee mug before leaving the bottle and the orange juice carton he followed with next to it.
“These are real clothes.” You stated, coming behind him to put the items away. He scoffed,
“I’m important,” He claimed, “I go to parties, events.” He took a large mouthful of the screwdriver he’d just made, “You can’t wear clothes like that if you’re gonna be babysitting me the whole time.” You rolled your eyes,
“I don’t have to go. You set my hours, I don’t-”
“As much as I love the whole, ‘I’m poor and don’t care what I look like’, thing you have going on,” Ransom laughed, “You’re gonna be around me, and as a reflection of me, you need to look presentable.” He gestured to the demin shorts a t-shirt you were currently wearing, mismatched socks on your feet. You felt your face flush. “And slap a little makeup on.” You rolled your eyes at that. Fucking dick. He smirked when you didn’t reply, turning back around to leave you and disappeared upstairs.
He didn’t come down for a while. In that time you’d finished cleaning the living area, the house looking a complete 180 from where it had been when you’d originally entered, it was nearing dinner time. Your stomach was growling and you’d realized you had been cleaning for five hours without stopping.
You didn’t get to enjoy the sense of accomplishment because Ransom came down the stairs not a moment later, dressed for his evening. If you didn’t hate him so much you’d drool. He looked good. Patterned slacks, chelsea boots, a lightweight white button down, blazer over one arm. “Let’s go.” He said, not stopping on his way towards the front door.
“Where are we going?” You felt gross, covered in grime from cleaning, sweat dried on your skin you knew you probably didn’t smell amazing, hair frizzed up in a bun. He didn’t answer you, continuing outside. You sighed heavily, throwing the pair of socks you’d just matched back into the laundry basket before slipping your shoes on and following him outside.
“C’mon!” He yelled from the front seat of his beamer, sunglasses on his nose, he was annoyed with you. Whatever. You sat heavily in his passenger seat, the dickwad not even giving you time to close the door before he was speeding down the driveway.
“Where are we going?” You asked again. One hand on the wheel, the other’s fingertips brushing against his lower lip he looked at you from behind his sunglasses.
“To dinner.” He smirked, looking back towards the road as you merged onto the interstate.
He was a fucking asshole. If you hadn’t thought he was before you definitely knew now. You were surprised the hostess even let you into this place. It was expensive, and you were very, very underdressed. Point taken Ransom. Thank you. Fucking prick.
He took glances at you ever so often, seated a few feet away from him at the long banquet style table that housed all of his ‘friends.’ Gorgeous women and equally as gorgeous men who had money to burn. You weren’t sure any of these people have ever worked a day in their life, much like Ransom himself. You’d met a few of them before, briefly, when Ransom would show up and ask Harlan for money before disappearing for a week, one or two of them would be in tow bragging about going on some guy’s yacht or flying out to some private island.
Regardless, they weren’t talking to you. You were a strange interloper, easily ignored, but only after a few poked fun at the stray dog at Ransom’s heels. It only stung a little bit when he laughed with them. You were wildly uncomfortable. You poked at your deconstructed salad, the little bits lined neatly up on the plate, a smear of salad dressing beside it. This menu was ridiculous. Why were you here again? You were so hungry and this was not your speed at all. Ransom’s booming laugh met your ears and you could feel the anger rising in your chest.
Fucking asshole. You hoped he would choke on one of the olives in his martini. His eyes met yours momentarily and he smirked. He fucking smirked, cheersing you with his martini before it met his lips again. You could kill him right now.
The money.
The money.
Technically you were still working. As the sun set behind the horizon. You’d been at work, technically, for about 10 hours. That’s $200. Okay, you can do this. You can do this.
You know he did this to embarass you. He made it clear when you’d pull up to the restaurant to give you a taunting look. Whether the dinner was already planned or he had planned it after the conversation about clothes and makeup earlier was anyone’s guess. You had the feeling it was the latter.
He’d paid the bill after all.
The entirety of it.
You’d wished you’d ordered more.
Afterward a giggling girl took your place in the front seat, you glared at the back of her head from the back seat,
“Ransom.” She whined, leaning over in her seat to press her lips to his neck, “I want you to fuck me.” Lips around his ear, sucking the lobe into her mouth. You shifted your gaze to the window, the city landscape passing your eyes as you’d pulled into another valet parking, a bar this time. A nice one.
Ransom and the bubbly girl from the car ride over slipped hastily into the bathroom, he’d sent you a dark look before leaving you to your own devices. Looking over the cocktail list while sitting uncomfortably on a bar stool while your boss was fucking a girl who’d laughed at you for being a ‘dog’ earlier in the bathroom of a bar that had a $20 old fashioned and their most expensive wine came with a thousand dollar price tag.
“You lost?” Another smirking asshole, sidled up next to you at the bar as you took a sip from the beautifully balanced old fashioned you’d tacked onto Ransom’s tab. He was handsome, the guy bothering you, almost everyone in this room was handsome. The lights low and romantic, candles on every table and across the bar, soft music played from the piano across the room where a man sat gently stroking the melodies to create the ambiance of the room. Close, cozy, romantic, and dark enough to forget yourself in.
“Oh c’mon honey.” The man slipped onto the barstool, thighs spread wide around you as you face away from him, his hand meeting your back. “I can help you find what you’re looking for.” His breath reeked of alcohol. You glanced over at him,
“I’m fine thank you.” Another sip, damn this drink was good. He chuckled, moving in closer, drifting a hand down to your thigh.
“Don’t be like that.” He laughed, “You obviously don’t belong here honey.” His hand traced your bare thigh, “You’ve gotta be wanting some company.”
Ransom had returned face flushed and you could almost see a tiny bit of white on his nose, but it was quickly rubbed away. He sat on the opposite end of the bar, the girl from earlier taking his lap. He looked down at you briefly, he had to have seen how uncomfortable you were, how this guy was breathing down your neck. He ignored it, ordering a drink from the bartender.
“I don’t want any company,” You shoved the man’s hand away, “Have a great night.” He leaned back in his seat, downing his drink before leaning back over to put his face in yours.
“Fucking ugly bitch.” He spat, standing from the stool, “Tryna give you a little charity here, you could've at least been grateful.” You wanted to leave. He shoved your shoulder slightly as he walked away from you, no doubt going to bother some other unsuspecting woman in his radius.
You needed some air, taking the last sip of your drink you’d scooted back from the bar, walking by Ransom to take your exit, walking out into the summer night. It was early summer. It was still only 60 at night. A chill went through you. You hadn’t expected to be out so late, the comfortable denim shorts and old ratty t shirt you’d chosen to wear had obviously been a mistake for this day. Ransom made sure to make you see that.
The bar was on the harbor, and it brought in a breeze that caused goosebumps to rise on your skin. You checked your phone, the battery almost dead. Julia had been texting you periodically, but not as much as you would have liked. You scrolled through the most recent messages, you asking how her trip was going and what she was up to and her stilted replies. She was busy you supposed. She didn’t need you, but right now you really needed her.
This night has been a massive blow to your self-esteem. You’d never felt more ugly and unwanted in your life. You just wanted to go home, but Ransom wasn’t done yet. You looked at him from the window, his fingers were gone between that girl’s thighs, they were both drinking expensive cocktails, completely oblivious to you.
He’d watched you exit, not giving it much thought it seemed, because he hadn’t made any motion to bring the night to a close, but you weren’t really expecting him to. It was Ransom’s world and you were just living in it. You worked for him. And you wondered if this is how every day is going to be from here on out. You really don’t know if you could do this forever, but you knew you didn’t want to go back inside.
So you didn’t.
Thankfully Ransom stumbled out about thirty minutes later, girl from earlier on his arm. “Let’s go.” He said. Valet pulling the beamer around he threw you the keys, “Take me home.”
He sunk down in the back seat, high and drunk. His words almost incoherent. Her’s were no better. They sloppily attacked each other in the back seat, indecently. And you were pointedly looking anywhere but in the rearview. Soft grunts and moans made you uncomfortable for the fourth time that night. Your skin crawling in unease as the girl’s giggles turned into breathy moans. Your foot sunk against the gas pedal in hopes you’d get back to his home faster, tears welling up in your eyes. The cry on the way home was going to be so good. So cathartic.
The gravel crunching against the wheels of the car was a sweet relief, so was the haste in which you left the keys in the car, running and skipped to your own car. His eyes met yours through the darkness as he was leant up against his car door, slacks loose around his hips, the girl’s lips attached to his neck as her hand worked quickly between his thighs. He smirked, waving a sarcastic ‘good-bye’. You turned your eyes to the road, cranking up the radio as you began to cry.
You didn’t want to do this anymore.
A text came through right as you finally laid down in your own bed, snuggling into the covers, ready to forget the night.
See you at 9.

Damsel in Distress
Pairing: FemShep/Kaidan Alenko, Mass Effect 3
Summary: Celebrating the victory on Rannoch, Shepard has too much to drink. Not everyone aboard has Shepard’s best interests at heart. Someone sees opportunity.
~*~*~
Shepard teetered to her feet and braced a hand on the card table. “Whoever said you couldn’t fight a reaper mono a mono? Answer’s Kaidan, by the way.” She threw back the shot. “Salud!”
The portside lounge was overcrowded, full of booze and celebration. Most of the senior crew were here. Orbiting Rannoch, finishing up peace talks, it was nice having something worth toasting. The geth and quarian were on the same side for the first time. She didn’t want to think about the sacrifice to get there. That was for another time. Tonight, light years from a port, it was shore leave without leaving for shore. Well earned. Needed. Granted, some responsible parties still held the reins upstairs.
“Haha! You’re learning, Lola.” James reached over the card table and clinked Shepard’s glass. “Salud!”
“Is it normal for a military vessel to carry this much alcohol?” Liara hovered over the card table.
Most of the partiers buzzed around the bar across the room. Others lounged over the furniture and crowded by the door toasting and talking over each other. Only a few were willing to go head to head with James at the card table: Garrus, Tali, Kaidan, Dr. Chakwas, and Shepard herself. Dr. Chakwas was a card shark, but a sleeping one at this point. She rested her face in the crook of her elbow breathing in a steady snore.
Tali looked up at Liara. “This is a special – hic hic.” Tali put a hand to her chest. “Special – hic – Special occasion.”
James laughed and pointed at Kaidan. Kaidan sat at Tali's side. “Got your work cut out for you, Major. Your student’s about to fall off her chair.”
“We’re hustling you.” Kaidan folded his arms and tipped back in his chair. “Your call, Vega.”
Behind her, Joker and EDI sat on the couch rewatching footage from Rannoch. Adams regaled Cortez, Donnelly, and Daniel with the genius of the quarian fusion generator he’d seen on the flotilla tour. No one looked as interested as Adams himself, who offered up his own questions in a rhetorical fashion and then answered them.
It made Shepard smile seeing them all cut loose for a while. A little unconventional, maybe rebellious, but they had forty-eight hours of hang time until the quarian and geth finished up talks. The navigator had the bridge covered. Who knew when they’d be in port again? By that time, there could be more losses than wins fueling the tab. Shepard wobbled down onto her chair.
“Read ‘em and weep, Sparks.” James spread his cards on the stable. “Straight.”
Garrus threw his cards on the table. “Every time.”
“Eh, I knew you had nothing, Scars.” James didn’t spare him a glance. He leaned forward, his eyes on Tali. “Well? Gotta show ‘em some time. Don’t let your Jedi master use the hood of your suit for wiping his tears.”
Kaidan rolled his eyes and tipping back further in his chair. “Go ahead, Tali.”
Tali held the cards close to her mask. She looked between them and James’s straight laying on the table.
“Hmm. Can’t tell.” Tali put an elbow on the table, maybe to steady her wavering cards. “Just can’t – hic – tell.”
“You don’t need to tell,” James said. “Time for figuring it out is over. I called. Now it’s time to show. You teaching her nothing over there, Major?”
“She’s beaten you a few times,” Kaidan said.
“Luck. Come on, Sparks. Lay ‘em down.”
Tali snapped one card down at a time and pulled her hands back. James stood and squinted at them.
“That is higher?” Tali tapped a card.
“Dammit! No way. How with the --Then the -- Holy damn.” James plopped down in his chair. “You were twisting the fabric on your suit. The left wrist.”
Tali turned to Kaidan. “Fell for it. Hic.”
“What?” James said. “Alenko’s red herring deal? Dammit. Major, you got to keep some tricks in your own bag. You want to be writing your paycheck to me and Tali. Do not let the student surpass the master: Poker by Vega 101.”
“A class with that philosophy isn't worth the tuition.” Kaidan got to his feet. He put a hand on Tali’s shoulder. “Let me get it.”
“You just – hic – I didn’t knock over – hic – that much last time.”
“All quarians get this hiccupping?” Garrus craned his head and looked at Tali over Kaidan’s arms.
“Quite normal,” Dr. Chakwas said. Shepard jumped. Dr. Chakwas lifted her face from the crook of her elbow and yawned. “Quarians have tender digestive systems when it comes to ethanol. Not uncommon to have a little intestinal rebellion. Where are my chips?”
“Dr. Chakwas.” EDI came to the table. “As you were incognizant, it was suggested your chips be exchanged for digital credits. I have made a direct deposit into the account specified on your Alliance paystub.”
“You can see our paystubs?” Traynor turned from the group at the bar.
“I have access to all Alliance accounts. This information is confidential.”
Joker slouched back on the couch with a sigh. “I’ve tried getting her to tell me how much Kaidan makes. She won’t.” He caught Kaidan’s sharp frown. “What? Just curious. Shepard’s CO of a starship, but you’ve got the lapel chits. Who wouldn’t want to know? Right? James?”
“Whoa. Ha. I’m not getting into that.”
“Liara,” Joker waved at her, “you’re academic. Don’t you – Oh. Wait. You probably already know.”
“I do.” Liara strolled to the bar. “Speak to one of my brokers with five thousand credits ready, and we can talk.”
“What? No favors? You all forgot my birthday this year, by the way. Not even a card.”
Shepard rested her forehead on the table. Legion should be here. She pulled her mind away from that trail. No, it was a good day. If she didn’t focus on the positives … She didn’t want to think about where that would go either. Shepard toyed with the refilled shot by her face.
“Salud!” She raised the glass then dribbled it into her mouth.
~*~*~
Shepard lurched upright in her chair. A card fluttered off the sticky skin of her forehead. She was still in the portside lounge. Dr. Chakwas snored softly with her cheek against the table. James slumped in his chair with closed eyes and an open mouth. Garrus was sleeping facedown in the center of the card table, fully stretched in a chalk outline of poker chips. She looked forward to hearing that story.
Bodies lay across the furniture or on the floor slouched against the wall. Donnelly looked particularly uncomfortable, folded like an accordion in the crevice between the couch and wall.
“Commander Shepard.” EDI glided from her statured pose against the wall.
“We weren’t drugged, were we?” Shepard laughed into the back of her hand. The room sloshed around her with her wave of laughter.
“Ethanol poisoning can be a serious medical condition,” EDI said, “but I do not detect levels near the threshold needed for lethality.”
“Guess that’s good.” Shepard stood. She stumbled forward and caught herself on EDI shoulder. She gazed around them. “Where, uh – they’re all here? No. Wait. Who’s missing? Don’t tell me. It’s Waldo again.”
“We do not have a crew member by the legal registered name of Waldo. Is this colloquial for a more formalized version of another name?”
“You mean, like EDI is?”
“That is a correct example.”
Shepard patted EDI’s shoulder then used her as leverage to search the floor. She found her comm halfway under the table and popped it into her ear.
“If you are still interested in the results of your earlier inquiry, I can update you on crew location throughout the ship. For instance, Major Alenko –”
“Oh, yeah. Right, right.” Shepard wobbled around to face the table. His chair was empty. “Where’d he go?”
“Major Alenko is in engineering.”
“Huh?” Shepard staggered across the room, bumping into chairs, and tripping over empty cups. “Good night, EDI.”
In the elevator, Shepard swayed on her feet staring at the buttons. Her cabin sounded good. Engineering sounded better. She punched it. She had to check on her crew after all. She’d just taken inventory of all her senior staff members minus one. The elevator stopped, and she tumbled out. The buzz of a hovercam made her look up.
“Commander! Excellent timing.” Allers’s stilettos clicked across the floor from her studio. “Viewers were enthralled with footage of you taking down the reaper. I’d love some live Q and A.”
“Oh. Of course, of course.” Shepard tugged on her uniform and tried to stand tall. The floor kept moving, so it was harder than she remembered.
“Excellent.” Allers clapped her hands and rushed to Shepard’s side. “Any questions off limits? Viewers like candor though. Transparency. Raw reactions. Maybe some, uh, personal questions? Just a few?”
“Give the viewers what they want.” Shepard focused on the bot overhead. It kept going in and out of focus. Damn thing. “I look at the lens, right? No changes?”
“No changes.” Allers clicked a button on her microphone and turned to the camera. “Welcome to a live impromptu question and answer session with Commander Shepard aboard the SSV Normandy. We have unrestricted access to discuss the now-infamous reaper takedown on Rannoch: Commander Shepard on foot, staring into the eye of annihilation. We’ll discuss the liberation of Rannoch and the tenuous peace between machine and master. Commander Shepard has also agreed to open up about her childhood, life on Mindoir before the attack, time in foster care, and the devastating massacre on Akuze. Welcome, Commander.”
Shepard gripped Allers’s arm to steady herself. The microphone filled her face. “This is Commander Shepard.”
“Uh, indeed.” Allers pulled the microphone back. “Let’s start at the beginning. Mindoir. Your parents. You had extended family there. Tell us about them. What was life like?”
“Mindoir?” Shepard scrunched her face. “Well, uh – I guess. Got some photos.” She fumbled with her Omni-Tool.
“Excellent.” Allers’s eyes glowed. She looked over Shepard’s shoulder at the screen and waved the camera bot closer. “Perhaps a family picture? Your parents and –”
“Commander,” a male voice snapped. “Alliance Command is on the comm for you.”
Allers’s mouth tightened. She forced the corners up with a perky warble in her voice. “Ah. Humanity’s other Spectre. Major Alenko. Perhaps you can—”
“An emergency, Commander. You’re needed right away.”
A hand grabbed Shepard’s wrist. He spun her around to face him. Her Omni-Tool screen dropped.
“I almost found it,” Shepard huffed. “There’s an emergency?”
Kaidan gave her a pointed look. “Alliance Command. Immediately.”
“Just one question.” Allers elbowed between them and faced Shepard. “When Mindoir was—”
“I should go. Emergency.” Shepard decided.
Allers frowned. “Can we just see that photo?”
“This way, Commander.” Kaidan yanked her away. They rounded the corner into the main engine room and shut the door.
“Kinda loud in here.” Shepard clutched his arm. “Why’s the floor like this? Moving. Is that the emergency?”
“I got you out of the emergency.”
“Alliance Command though …”
“Bluffing.”
“Oh.”
Shepard’s legs gave way. She slipped, and Kaidan caught her under the arms.
“I can tell when you’re bluffing, you know.” She tapped his chest with a finger.
“I know. Why do you think I offered to teach Tali instead of playing?”
“You smell good.”
“Thanks.”
He helped her to the floor. “Guess I should’ve put you in the elevator, not dragged you back here. Allers’s probably circling the door now. You want me to get you to your cabin?”
“What? No, this is good. I kind of like the way my skin feels in here. Eezo.”
Kaidan slid down next to her but left open space between them. He wasn’t going to be able to hear her from there though. Shepard scooted over.
“Whatcha doing down here?” she asked.
“Aah. Not in my ear.”
“So loud down here though.”
“I can hear you. Doesn’t need to be in my ear.” He laughed but scooted over a space. “Why am I down here? Because all your engineers are blowing bubbles against the carpet upstairs. Came down to check on things.”
“Why aren’t you blowing bubbles? And why won’t you sit by me?”
“At least one experienced officer should be sober. Consider me the designated driver.”
“And?”
“And, I saw where things were going with the drinks, so I only dabbled.”
“Not that. The other question.”
“Any closer, you’d be sitting on me, Shepard.”
“Not true.” Shepard shuffled up against him. Their arms stuck together. “Ha. See.”
“Drunk Shepard doesn’t have a personal bubble, hm?”
“Nope. I’d rather sit close.” She tipped her head against his shoulder and pulled up her Omni-Tool screen. “That’s my dad.” She raised her wrist to his face.
He pulled her hand down and turned off the screen.
“I was trying to show you something,” Shepard protested.
“You’re drunk. You want to show me that, show it to me when you’re sober.”
Shepard relaxed her muscles and slouched against him. She tapped the picture up again on her Omni-Tool and studied it in her lap. “I miss him. Sometimes when I wake up in a sky car – it’s going fast, up and down, jerky turns – sometimes, before my eyes clear, I think he’s there. In the pilot’s seat. He’ll tell me he was dodging a flock of gavas, but I’ll know that’s a lie. We’re close to home, and he wanted to wake me up.”
Kaidan unstuck their arms and slid his arm around her shoulders. He didn’t say anything, just squeezed her arm.
“You were right about the thresher maw.” She rested her cheek against his chest. “On Tuchanka. The ground rumbles, and I remember. Killed so many of them now. I think, if only I knew then what I know now, how to do it, if I could go back …” Her finger circled a spot on his chest by her face.
“Shepard.” He caught her hand. He curled it back to her lap. “Don’t let what Allers said get under your skin.”
Shepard drew in a deep breath of his aftershave. His chest was warm under her cheek. It felt like old times in some ways, except for this damn uniform in her way. She wanted the smooth skin of his chest against her face, wanted him to quiver when she pressed her lips to it. She wanted to hook him by the back of the neck and drag him to her lips.
She lifted her eyes. “Kaidan, I never told you, but –”
“No, Shepard. Unless it’s a knock-knock joke, I don’t want to hear it. Whatever it is. Not like this.”
“Just one thing I wanted to –”
“Come on.” Kaidan lifted her to her feet. “Let’s go. I’ll check for Allers.”
Shepard tripped along behind him holding the sleeve of his shirt. “I kept thinking as we played cards. You know, I should stop. Last one, last one. I think I had too much.”
Kaidan peered around the corner toward the elevator then guided Shepard ahead of him. The elevator doors opened. He pushed the button for her cabin and stepped back.
“Kaidan, come with me.” Shepard put a hand out.
Kaidan folded his arms. “Night, Shepard.”
The doors slid shut. Shepard slouched back against the wall. He smelled so good.

Different Cultures at KU
Prologue
I knew it was going to be a very different experience for me going to a college with a majority of white students as opposed to my high school, which was a majority of hispanic/latinx students. Of course I wasn’t going to be the only person of color to walk the campus, but I thought I was going to be a part of a very minuscule community of minority students, which wasn’t the case. During freshman weekend, I met many students of color, which shocked me. Seeing all of those students made me realize, for one, not to judge a book by its cover, and two, that one really has to take part in something to know the full picture. It really goes to show that Kutztown University puts forth a significant effort to accept students of all types of racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
Kutztown University has one of the most diverse campuses in all of Berks County. There is a plethora of different students from different ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. Diversity can have a heavy impact on a student’s social and academic success because being in an environment where we can’t find some sort of comfort can be stressful. These aspects can also contribute to KU’s overall viewpoint to not only prospective students, but other universities and their opinions on our university. Hopefully with our interviews and careful research, we can shed some light on the uniqueness of KU when it comes to its representation of students from the LGBTQ+ community, minority racial/ethnic groups, and different religious backgrounds. Our research will be displayed in each of our three acts: Act I: “The Gays Have Already Invaded Kutztown, PA;” Act II: “Minorities Left and Right at KU;” and Act III: “Praise the Whatever You Believe in Because KU Doesn’t Judge.”
Act I: The Gays Have Already Invaded Kutztown, PA
During my childhood, I was a closeted LGBT child in denial of who I really was. This denial, and lack of acceptance from myself and others, made my life feel as though I were walking through a maze. The maze had a lot of surprises: sudden bursts of outrage from people I thought I trusted, self-growth I had no idea what it’d turn into, the completely unexpected turnarounds, and a nightmare of intrusive thoughts. I can’t count the number of times I had to start life over and pick up all the pieces and rebuild myself. Part of what created these chains of events was my experiences as an LGBT child and young adult.
After an unsupportive life, Kutztown University was another new start for me. The campus is bustling with expressive youth and energetic young adults forming their lives. My particular connection to this campus is through the art community, which I’ve found to be very open and accepting and have made plenty of LGBT friends through art. One of those friends is an LGBT student named, Todd Lichtenberg.
Todd said he also felt a sense of belonging, especially because the art community has a lot of LGBT students. He further pointed out that he does not always click with LGBT students if they are unaware of gender identities and ideas and how to treat them with respect and understanding.
“Me being LGBT affects my everyday life,” he said. Due to being a pre-transitioned trans man, Todd experiences misgendering and misunderstanding with his peers or professors. Though it’s not meant with any ill intent, this is one of the ways he is affected daily on campus.
KU has a lot of LGBT events on campus and Todd noted he has attended KU Pride, Pride Prom, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show. “It’s always really fun to be able to be myself and not worry about any prejudices at the events.” Todd explained not only are LGBT KU events are non-prejudicial, they create a friendly and fun atmosphere where he feels accepted and welcome. “I’m always looking forward to the next event.”
To further explain how Todd feels about his LGBT experience in his major specifically. “I think LGBT students are really welcome in my major, [Applied Digital Arts.]” He states a lot of students in his major are also LGBT and it is a very open and accepting community. He states the campus as having good accommodations, including ID cards that use our real names instead of our names assigned at birth.
Todd explains the things they have gained at KU. “I’ve gained a lot of support and LGBT friends as an LGBT student. There’s a lot of resources for us on campus and a lot of supportive people. It’s been a great experience.”
Kutztown is a campus where everyone has opportunities to find a place to belong regardless of their major, sexuality, or gender identity. Anyone, including yourself, could find a place to call home here on campus due to the accepting and diverse student base, you just have to reach out and find it.

Act ll: Minorities Left and Right at KU
I never truly felt what it meant to be a minority until I arrived at Kutztown, and then suddenly not many people looked like me. I grew up in an urban community so I knew coming to Kutztown would be a little different for me. My first three weeks here I felt as though I didn’t belong and this is why. I arrived to my chemistry class about 5 minutes before class began. As I went to sit in front of these three white girls with blond hair, one of them put their legs on the chair and said to me.“ This seat isn’t for you,” were her exact words.
She said that with an attitude. A million questions and thoughts were running through my head while looking at her friends smirk as if we were in some movie or something. “Did she really just say that? Was that a racist comment? Was she saying it because she was saving that seat for her friend? If so, she didn’t have to say it that way. Should I say something or should I just walk away?” I turned back around and asked her what the problem was, she said she just didn’t want me sitting in the seat. I responded, “Are you paying my tuition bill? No, you’re not. I have the right to sit in any seat in this classroom just like you. So therefore, this seat is for me.” I say. I sat down in that seat and put my bookbag down. I wanted to leave this school because of that one moment. Then I realized, not all people at Kutztown are like this. I made many friends from all different ethnic backgrounds. I even work in the Multicultural Center here at Kutztown and it’s amazing. Kutztown is becoming more and more racially diverse and I’m here for it, so is Isaed Popa, who is also a student worker at the MCC.
Isaed Popa is a Dominican student worker who is apart of the Multicultural Greek Council and the Historical based Latino fraternity. To Isaed racial diversity means different cultures coming together. “It’s very important in college,”he says. ”I feel like every year our campus gets more diverse and it makes me happy that us minorities are finally getting out there.”Based on the organizations that he’s involved with he’s surrounded with a lot of different people from different backgrounds. He says he has heard a lot of different things from people who say they feel like they don’t belong here at Kutztown because because they’re surrounded by mainly white people, but being party of groups and clubs won’t make you feel that way.
Isaed Is always at the MCC. All the events that are thrown there are typically of different ethnic cultures. One of his favorite events actually happened very recently, Carribean Cardio. It was very fun because students were able to connect with people of different ethnic backgrounds and get to dance and exercise with them. ”It felt like a home away from home,” he said. Being a minority at Kutztown, Isaed has learned that some minorities here have a blocking mindset, which he finds to be negative because they don’t want to get involved. They just want to get their degree and leave, which limits one’s potential here at Kutztown. Isaed says, “The diversity is getting better and I’m here for it.”
- Keily
Act III: Praise the Whatever you Believe in Because KU Doesn’t Judge
Growing up, my mom was the one to teach my siblings and I about Christianity and the Bible’s teachings. There was definitely a stronger emphasis for me to be more religiously-oriented than my brothers, who are younger than me. On the other hand, my two elder sisters live in New York City, so my mom would definitely call them and talk to them about God all the time and tell them to attend the meetings at their local congregations. As for me, I had Bible lessons every week, and if my brothers didn’t want to attend the meetings, I would always have to. My mom certainly wasn’t as strict about our religion, Jehovah Witness, as other parents, but she did, and still does, enforce it greatly. Even being here on campus, she still managed to find a way to get me a Bible studies teacher without my knowledge. My Bible studies teacher, Jenn, and her daughter, Ariana, would come to my dorm lounge last semester to give me Bible lessons. Recently, I decided to have Bible lessons over the phone due to my schedule this semester. I know it seems like I was held to such a high standard by my parents, which is correct, but I wouldn’t be the person I am today without it.
Religion can be a big part of a lot of people’s lives, which is why Kutztown has plenty of accommodations for many types of students. Here at Kutztown there are many types of on-campus religious organizations like Hillel, the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life, the Kutztown Christian Fellowship (KCF), the Muslim Student Association (MSA), and many others. There are also many places of worship in Kutztown, and it’s neighboring cities, that a student can have arrangements with one of the advisors to get to. Here at Kutztown, there’s a place for someone to go participate in their form of worship to give them that extra comfort they need. This not only includes me, as well as my friend, and roommate, Shoshi.
Shoshi is originally from Dresher, PA, which is around the Philadelphia area, and goes to Kutztown for Studio Art. They came here fully aware that Kutztown is not a Jewish affiliated school, but they know that if they had a “bad religious experience on campus related to Judaism there are people at Kutztown University who would do shit about it.” Going from high school that focused on Judaism to a college that is not, made them realize that “before coming to college being Jewish was very easy. It was a daily aspect of my life.” Shosi was the president of Hillel club but due to their busy class schedule the had to resign their position.
Of course coming to college there isn’t a foolproof plan of the transition being easy, but there are definitely things a college can do to make it comfortable and manageable. To me, religion gives me a sense of home and my family, and although I only live 20 minutes away, it makes me feel a sense of clarity and warmth. Kutztown University puts forth a great effort of making its students feel included when it comes to their religious needs because we need a sense of comfort and familiarity during these stressful times.

I Went to Prison for SBA Loan Fraud: 7 Things to Know When Taking COVID-19 Relief Money
May 12, 2020 7 min read
Opinions expressed by Entrepreneur contributors are their own.
In the months after 9/11, I was frantic.
But my fears had less to do with the tragedy at the Word Trade Center and more to do with the fact that, after 10 years of rampant prescription opioid abuse, my business was failing. I was searching desperately for an out. Meanwhile, the television and radio were blaring with ads for 9/11 FEMA loans administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
So, on an especially bad day, I lied.
I said I had an office near ground zero. I received the SBA loan I requested, and immediately paid down the personal credit cards I had run up while waiting for the SBA money. Even so, the loan did little to stop my spiral into drug addiction, mental health issues, marital problems and magical thinking.
In 2002, I resigned my law license and started on the road to recovery. But it all caught up with me about 20 months later, when I was arrested for the misrepresentations on my loan application. I served almost 14 months at a Federal prison for wire fraud and money laundering.
My objective in writing this piece is to offer some insight on what business owners should consider before they take out disaster loans. Certainly, the majority of people requesting these loans are honest and upstanding entrepreneurs who have immense need for the aid, and will use the funds properly. I am very glad there is help for them. That said, history has shown us again and again that when people are in dire need, they’re more prone to make impulsive, ill-advised decisions. My hope is that sharing my experience will help others avoid the consequences I faced. Here are seven takeaways.
Related: How My Life as an Entrepreneur Shaped My Time in Prison
1. Desperate people do desperate things.
There were thousands of fraud prosecutions after 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, Superstorm Sandy, and so on. Why? Whether because of overwhelming business issues, poor personal judgment, or just plain bad luck, people were wounded, desperate and willing to do anything, anything, to stop the bleeding. But if the wound is too deep, a Band-aid is not sufficient.
Practice point: In any situation, behaving desperately is unlikely to save your business.
2. Beware of the belief that rules are suspended in times of emergency.
The government is advertising that huge amounts of money are available to save our businesses. I recently sat in on a webinar run by a very reputable business consulting group that recommended that attendees get their SBA disaster loan applications in immediately, regardless of the facts or the actual needs of their business — they said we could always modify our applications prior to taking the money. State unemployment websites are actually giving instructions, in writing, on how to mislead and circumvent the system in order to get approved. Don’t take the bait! If you default two years from now, this “good-meaning advice” won’t matter to prosecutors.
Practice point: Be truthful at all times.
3. Beware of magical thinking.
This is a tough one because entrepreneurs are inherently optimistic. We believe that things will always be better tomorrow than they are today. It drives us, makes us successful, informs our risk-taking. But in times of trauma, that voice can be an entrepreneur’s worst enemy. Does this sound familiar? We have learned the hard way that there is no shortcut, and yet we desperately want there to be one right now.
Practice point: Instead of immediately reaching for a bailout or other quick fix, develop a good solid business plan. Maybe a disaster loan will fit into this plan; maybe it won’t.

4. This paradigm shift will affect all small to mid-size businesses.
We are in the midst of a massive reordering that has already had a huge effect on small and mid-sized businesses. Business owners are being called to closely examine if our business models are still viable, or if we must pivot to new ways of doing things. Example: the Swiss watch industry completely missed the shift to digital watches. Have we waited too long to have a robust online presence? Are our products or services even needed anymore? Have we been holding on by a thread for years, unwilling or unable to look at the hard facts?
Practice point: Get real, now. Don’t borrow money to save a business that can’t be saved.
5. Be cautious when borrowing from the government.
As is the case with any loan, the devil is in the details. The terms and covenants in the loan documents dictate what you can or can’t do with the money once you get it. You can only use the funds for the purposes you stated in your application — that is, to pay operating expenses of the business to keep it afloat until it starts bringing in sufficient revenue again. You (and your spouse) will probably have sign for the loan personally, and will probably have to pledge all available collateral, including a second (or third) mortgage on your house. If you maxed out your personal credit cards while anticipating your disaster relief funding, you can’t use the money to pay off your cards.
Practice point: Read the terms and covenants of the loan closely. Whatever the loan terms say to do, do, and whatever they say don’t do, don’t do. No exceptions.
6. We can’t save our businesses and our lifestyles at the same time.
Here’s the big trap. We have mortgages, car payments, school tuitions, and other personal expenses that have to be paid, and soon. But simply put, SBA loans are meant to save your business, not your lifestyle. Discuss all your options with advisors and friends you trust — ones that will tell you the truth! It’s like going to the doctor. Your diagnosis will only be as accurate as the history you provide. These are trying times, with a triage system designed to be more expeditious than thorough.
Practice point: There is no such thing as a free lunch. Borrowing money comes with responsibility and accountability.
7. Get acquainted with acceptance.
I hope we are all great entrepreneurs who can figure out ways to make our businesses survive and flourish. But let’s face it. Some of our businesses will not make it, even with the infusion of government funds. What should we do? We can pare down, embrace change and do things differently as we start a new chapter. Never forget that there will always be opportunity to start again, and to live a fuller, more abundant life.
Practice point: Sometimes less is way, way more!

Kenyon Gibson is the author of Awkar al-sharr (Nest of Evil), which is an Arabic translation of his book Common Sense: A Study of the Bushes, the CIA, and the Suspicions Regarding 9/11. He is also coauthor of Hemp for Victory. [Woody Harrelson is a co-author]. Gibson has worked undercover for years, as an investigative reporter and in intelligence for the US Navy. By Ken Gibson The phone rang and I knew who it was even before I looked at the screen, which flashed the words IZMO MARINE; Mark Epstein’s former company. Earlier in the day, he had lost his only brother: Jeffrey. For weeks, I had been predicting Jeffrey’s demise. Mark, I reasoned, would be safe as long as Jeffrey lived. Certain people wanted Jeffrey cold in earth, and they wanted this done quietly. Getting rid of Mark would only make noise, making it harder to eliminate their main target: prisoner #76318-054 in the Manhattan Correctional Center. Mark Epstein is said to be concerned he might wind up dead like his brother, Jeffrey. According to Ken Gibson, Mark does not think his brother committed suicide but believes his brother is definitely deceased. [Photo Jan Benda.] Once that was accomplished, the secrets that Jeffrey had expressed a willingness to divulge in return for leniency, would be left to very few. His younger sibling, for instance. Those who secured Jeffrey’s omerta would have no qualms about ensuring their own liberty while creating a little business for undertakers. Mark claims to be an honest businessman; on the phone, he insisted that he had not spoken to his brother in 10 years. Mark Epstein claimed he had not spoken to brother Jeffrey in 10 years. Not only are there questions about that statement, but also questions about Mark’s financial empire. Questions which could lead Mark to occupy the same facility his brother did. He, too, could be faced with decisions about turning state’s evidence. These questions had been in my mind since the Spring of 2012. That was when we met, and at first, it looked like the beginning of a beautiful friendship. He would listen to my stories of infiltrating neo-Nazis in London and New York, allowing me into his Vandam Street apartment. For years I kept a file on him, updating it on occasion, as when he hosted a teacher from Horace Mann school who had sexually abused his students. This he did at an event at Cooper Union, his Alma-mater. Cooper Union is a school in lower Manhattan, known for its free tuition. Both brothers attended, benefiting from this policy, which Mark, as a director, tried to do away with. The students saw fit to do away with him; he is no longer a director. Tuition remains free. While Mark did not pay for his education, he thought it right that others pay for theirs. The same might be said of his housing. In 1992, he acquired, from Leslie Wexner, a close associate of Jeffrey’s, a large residential building at 301 East 66th Street. While some of the 220 apartments are privately owned, the majority are his. Documents relating to the transfer of the property show the amount paid: $0.00. Somehow Mark Epstein acquired property from Leslie Wexner – just like his brother Jeffrey did. What is the connection between Wexner and Mark Epstein? Mark Epstein owns most of the apartments at 301 East 66th Street It is not the only building he owns. 515 Greenwich Street belongs to him, where I rented an art studio he had listed in the Village Voice. As payment, he wanted the sum of $666 a month, which I amended to $667 – for obvious reasons. I stayed but seven weeks, as that is how long it took for me to make the mistake of letting him know that, in addition to investigating racist groups, I also worked on cases involving politicians and child sex abusers. The moment I did, I sensed a strange look on his face and a lull in the conversation. I tried not to let him see me looking at the playpens in his apartment, which had always seemed a bit out of place with the grand pianos in the home of a bachelor. That night, I heard a loud bang on the door. Mark was on the other side, yelling at me that I had to leave at that moment. He is not above performing an illegal eviction, for which a previous tenant challenged him in court and won substantial damages. Not wishing to spend long hours in a courtroom, I agreed to leave in a fortnight. We parted company at the end of April 2012. Until the day of Jeffrey’s death, I had not spoken to Mark. I resolved, however, to know just what Mark was up to, as I was not quite sure that his wealth was really generated from the silkscreen business. I took that story to be a smokescreen. It is oft-repeated on the internet, the name Izmo appearing in articles about him, but I have yet to see any credible record of it generating serious revenues. Did Mark Epstein really amass a fortune from the silkscreen business? Press Has Tread Lightly on Mark Epstein – Maybe That Will Change The press has been kind to Mark over the years; few questions of his source of income ever get into print. I contacted people at the New York Times whom I knew, having been a source of information to the Gray Lady for over a decade, but to no avail. James Stewart, its head financial reporter, heard me out but did nothing with the information I provided. Stewart had been privy to Jeffrey’s lifestyle, going so far as to visit him at his East 71st Street townhouse. Another of the NYT’s financial reporters, Landon Thomas Jr., had actually taken a $30,000 donation from Jeffrey. Then there is the inconvenient fact that the president of the NYT, Stephen Dunbar-Johnson, is in Jeffrey’s ‘black book’, the list of contacts that ended up published on the internet. And yet another, perhaps more inconvenient fact, is that Joicho Ito, who sat on the board at the Gray Lady, accepted $1.7 million from the felon. Joicho Ito is a Japanese activist, entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the former director of the MIT Media Lab, and a former professor of the practice of media arts and sciences at MIT. Ito has received recognition for his role as an entrepreneur focused on Internet and technology companies and has founded PSINet Japan, Digital Garage and Infoseek Japan. Ito is a strategic advisor to Sony Corporation and general partner of Neoteny Labs. Ito resigned from his roles at MIT, Harvard, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Knight Foundation, PureTech Health and The New York Times Company on September 7, 2019, following allegations of financial ties to sex offender and financier Jeffrey Epstein. My hopes of getting the press to take the story on Mark Epstein were slim. The Wall Street Journal seemed rabidly enthusiastic, calling me from their London offices and begging for an exclusive. Which I tried to grant, but on the condition that freelance writer Davis Richardson be involved. My contact at the WSJ sent me long texts and emails disapproving of his involvement. When they did do a story on him, I was not impressed. Freelance journalist Davis Richardson has written for the Observer, Vice, The Daily Beast, The Daily Caller and Wired. Gibson wanted him to help with the Mark Epstein story. But I was impressed with Richardson, a young journalist up from the Beltway area, who was then working for the Observer and contributing to both Daily Beast and Daily Caller. I took him with me to talk to people who knew the Epsteins, including Stuart Pivar, a founder of the New York Academy of Art. He, along with Andy Warhol, started that in 1982. Pivar talked at length about them to Richardson and me, stating: “I’ve seen Jeffrey do lots of bad things to lots of people.” I told Pivar that Jeffrey was not long for this world and that Mark would be a target as well. Pivar took it in stride, while his entourage looked happy to end the conversation. Richardson and I went to Mark’s downtown buildings and took notes, finding Mark’s car with Pennsylvania plates. A week later, Richardson called me, telling me to show up at the East 66th Street location [Epstein’s building], to which he was being granted inside access. We came, we saw, and we were overwhelmed. Mark Epstein’s apartments were fit for kings, with a doorman and a spacious entrance hall adorned with murals. From the roof, a view of the East Side commanded respect and demanded we take pictures. The residences were well worth the king’s ransom that neither of us could afford. Richardson continued to dig. In early August, he called me to ask me what I knew about the Humpty Dumpty Institute. “The what”?, I replied. The Humpty Dumpty Institute [HDI], with offices located on West 46th Street, was founded in 1988 by Constance Milstein, heiress to the Emigrant Savings Bank fortune and a major Clinton donor. On their website, Mark is listed as a director. The HDI Congressional Advisory Board lists some 30 or more Congress members. Affiliates had ties to Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey’s partner-in-deeds, and to her now-defunct charity, Terra Mar. On 5 August, I started to call some of the congressmen named on the ‘Humpty Dumpty’ list, telling their aides that I would like to pose some questions. Each time, I was given an email to follow up with, and I did so. I resumed this task on 9 August, but found that I was getting hostile receptions, and having to answer lots of questions from the aides about why I was asking questions. They seemed very sensitive to questions. I told them I was preparing a report for the Senate, which they did not like to hear. US Rep. Barbara Lee’s aide refused to give her name or that of anyone in Lee’s office. US Rep. Gregory Meeks’ staff asked lots of questions but gave no answers. Unbeknownst to me, Davis Richardson had published an article about the Humpty Dumpty Institute on the Daily Caller site. It went up on 7 August, and I was getting the fallout. To make matters worse, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez was calling for an investigation about Mark. However, when I called her office and left my contact details, I got no response. I did get excellent response from both her challenger, Miguel Hernandez in New York’s 14th congressional district, and a candidate in the 13th, Henry Grullon. Their support lifted my spirits, made low after hours of performing this unpleasant task with dozens of lawmakers’ staff. I expected that at least a few would answer the three simple questions: When did they join Humpty Dumpty’s advisory board, who introduced them, and how well did they know Mark Epstein? None did answer any of the questions. But the press seemed to be waking up. From England, I got a call from Tony Gosling, a controversial journalist with a weekly radio show. When he asked about what ‘Humpty Dumpty’ might be up to, I bluntly replied that it might be a front for child rapists going to Third World countries to find victims. Gosling touched on the suspicions that Jeffrey might have been an intel agent, possibly for Mossad, and I gave a dissenting opinion, pointing out that while the logic of associating a Jew with the Mossad was to a degree logical, it was illogical to conclude that he was an Israeli spy when it was found that most of the people he would be presumed to have spied on were Jews and Israelis. I did bring up a new angle to it all when I mentioned that I had information that China might be behind it. Could China Be Involved? Years ago, shortly before I met Mark, I had been introduced to a Chinese agent – or former agent, as he had fallen out with his handlers in Beijing over his relationship with an Uyghur woman. He had told me many things that I did not understand at the time about Chinese involvement in US politics, and their ability to use patsies to carry out their projects, thus hiding their hand. Spy uses spy. The great game can be quite deceptive. And it can be dangerous. In fact, I had been stabbed while arresting a drug dealer in 1994. I too could have been cold in earth, and this reality was not lost on me. Quite recently, a contact at the Department of Homeland Security reminded me to watch my back. The former Marine with this concern for my safety was also my confidante, privy to my infiltration of neo-Nazis for over a decade. While most in this neo-Nazi crowd do not have a lot going for them, some do, including a character recently named in the press as ‘X’. Based in London, ‘X’ had recently gotten in contact with Jason Jorjani, an Iranian dissident based in New York. Jorjani was told that he would be assisted in making changes in Iran if he joined forces with Michael Bagley, then head of Jellyfish. The two met a number of times, and Jorjani was told that Bagley had presented Donald Trump with a plan to make a revolution in Iran. Not only was Trump supposed to be involved, but so was Michael Flynn. Jorjani may have doubted the veracity of all this or realized that he was in over his head. He went to the press with his stories of Bagley, Flynn, and ‘X’, saying that there may have also been a ‘Y’ and a ‘Z’. It is possible that he was alluding to me in the latter references, as Jorjani had been put in touch with me by ‘X’, who wanted me to get Richard Spencer a place in the Trump victory party. Richard Bertrand Spencer is an American neo-Nazi and white supremacist. He is president of the National Policy Institute, a white supremacist think tank, as well as Washington Summit Publishers. Gibson went undercover to investigate and report on neo-Nazis. The Trump people wanted nothing to do with Spencer, and neither did I in reality. Far from being the right-wing, quasi-criminal that they took me for, I was feeding information on all of them to the press and to government agencies. And I did the latter as a precaution so that any misunderstandings that could result from my interactions with foreign governments and the flow of classified information that found its way into my hands might be quickly resolved with a phone call to people with top security clearances who knew what I was up to. ‘X’ had introduced me to a lot of people over the years – Rui Gabirro, Gary Krupp, and a former US Navy nuke with top security clearance who was working on a classified deal to give Egypt nuclear power: Robert Abtey. I was getting involved with government actors, and there were sometimes questions as to which government they might be acting for. People are not always who they say they are. Which could be the case in the press, where I met with strange resistance. One NYT reporter was initially enthusiastic about all the emails I had from Operations Intelligence and Jellyfish regarding Bagley, but then suddenly backed off. It was left to UK radio host Gosling to out some of my secret information, which he did a few days before the 2016 US election, hosting me on the air in the United Kingdom. I made public information about ‘X’ – aka Jonothon Boulter – and Bagley. At that time, Bagley was involved in Syria, having been granted secret US State Department waivers (which he showed to me a year earlier) to arm rebels and set up refugee camps, that he said would be used as cover. Enter Hillary Clinton The Hillary Clinton State Department had no objections. No surprise, I was also able to tell the listener, as she was well liked by the Iranians, whose agents I had access to in London. I got close to enough to them to be on Iran TV and Press TV with Yvonne Ridley, before the powers that be shut down their operations. Hillary was their woman in the US in 2012, backed by agents from Tehran, who hoped she would win the party nomination for president. Obama took that hope away from them, but she ended up as Secretary of State, and they were happy. With her there, and later with Kerry in as her replacement, Bagley’s escapades were kept under the radar. Boulter developed a plan to make more money from the camps, for which he expected to have UN backing. Hillary Clinton seems to have been favored by certain parties in Iran. Wars are good business, and Bagley went on tour with his ideas, going on the radio in NYC at one point. Bagley, rather than come off as a spook, looked more like a Wall Street executive and Jellyfish was presented more as a PR firm than an outfit with black ops in the Congo and Mexico. What I did not understand were the ties to Clinton and her democrats. I assumed, given the fact that Boulter worked with the New Right (aka the London Forum), that they would support the right-wing, and Trump along with it. Had I known more about Bagley’s background as an aide to senator Patty Murray, I would have known better. Not until Boulter told me that he was not concerned about Trump, and that he had Clinton support for his deals, did I revise my perception. Bagley, after my tip to the officer at the DHS, came under investigation. Shortly before Jeffrey Epstein’s arrest, Bagley was taken in by undercover FBI men for money laundering. Caught red-handed with the greenbacks, he was deemed a flight risk by prosecutors. Of concern to them was the allegation that he had told undercover agents: “I wanna let you know that I’m also moving for [Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada] in Mexico City as well, with his number one guy.” El Mayo is El Chapo’s replacement. It is not the first time that Bagley did not know who he was really talking to. He may have learned by now that people are not always who they say they are. Which brings me to some people who have been mentioned a number of times: The Clintons. Who are they really? Lawyers, governor and first lady, president and first lady… or spies? Drug dealers? Sexual predators? Murderers? I would say yes to all four and more. Not only would I suspect that Bill’s act of giving American technology to China in his White House days was espionage, or that he was a drug dealer in Arkansas or a sexual predator with many more flights on the Lolita Express than he or the Clinton friendly press want to admit, but that he personally gave the order to murder Jeffrey. Somehow, I doubt that Mrs. Clinton is unaware of his activities, making her in my mind an accomplice. Ghislaine Maxwell attends the wedding of Chelsea Clinton. Several weeks ago, Mr. Clinton had lunch at Nello’s on Madison Avenue. Joining him at this uptown eatery was one of the guests at his daughter’s wedding – Ghislaine Maxwell. Not with them was their mutual friend, Jeffrey. He was dining that day downtown, at the MCC. So just what did Clinton and Maxwell discuss? That was the last record of a sighting of Maxwell in the Big Apple, and quite possibly the last sighting of her in public since. Reports of her in Paris, London, Tribeca and Los Angeles all seem to be deliberately planted red herrings, the latter of which was debunked by the Frank Report and the Daily Mail. Both publications tied the Los Angeles pictures to Maxwell’s friend Leah Saffian, an American born lawyer who plies her trade in England, Wales and California. Frank Report broke the story that Leah Saffian may have been responsible for leaking the photoshopped pictures of Ghislaine Maxwell at the In-N-Out fast food restaurant in Los Angeles in August Saffian’s association with Maxwell may have begun in England, when working for the law firm Peters & Peters, which represented one of Maxwell’s brothers in a serious fraud case relating to the embezzlement of the pension funds that occurred when their father, Robert owned the Daily Mirror. Robert was never brought to trial, as he was found dead in the water before the crown prosecution services could make their case. His daughter might be on the run from process servers; one female plaintiff alleges that she acted like a ‘Nazi guard’ in her zeal to serve Jeffrey, and the entire #MeToo movement is on the lookout for her. But despite her zeal in her service to Jeffrey, her loyalty may well be more with Clinton, especially after it was reported that Jeffrey, in a bid to make a deal, was willing to name names. She also might not want her next meal to be in prison, where bad things happen to lots of people. Was Jeffrey Epstein really suicidal? Or was he looking to make a deal that would limit his prison time in return for a candid and robust disclosure of his co-conspirators? So, just who made a bad thing happen to her man? In naming a suspect, motive and opportunity must be examined. Motive here is strong. Suffice it to say that William and Hillary would rather lunch at Nello’s than lunch in the Big House. But the Clintons are not alone as suspects. An examination of opportunity narrows it down to a much shorter list, which still does not exclude a number of other parties, but does place them at the top. Robert Maxwell had an untimely death. Opportunity would only present itself to someone with friends in low places. The New York City prison and justice systems could well be described as low places, and one might say that they are not without people friendly to the Clintons. Given the history of corruption in New York, both city and state, it is not surprising that a prisoner might not make it to the courtroom. Curious Justice System in New York On top of which are the circumstances that surround Jeffrey’s demise; which, being so well known, are not necessary to repeat in this discourse. It might be more of interest to look at the wickedness in high places that supports the thesis that a Clinton might be able to get certain dirty jobs done, perhaps at a dirt-cheap rate. Starting at the top, the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, was himself recently under investigation, which led to the arrest and conviction of eight of his friends; and then stopped short. Andrew Cuomo, New York governor. This governor had nine lives – and eight of them were used up by the arrest of his eight top cronies. Somehow, the investigation stopped short of him. A previous governor, Elliot Spitzer, who was once Attorney General, had to resign in disgrace over his proclivities with prostitutes. Some say he liked to wear a dog collar, crawl on all fours and be whipped by his charges. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office might be expected to be stand above that, were it not for the ties between Cyrus Vance Jr., the DA, and one of Jeffrey’s business associates: Harvey Weinstein, whose prosecution seems to lag. Could it have something to do with the fact that one of the prosecutors on the case, Jennifer Gaffney, resigned her post from the sexual crimes division, taking a job in the private sector, as the Weinstein case made its way to her office? Taken by itself, this is not so suspicious; but taken along with the fact that Gaffney also consented, in 2016, to convicted sex offender Robert Hadden registering as a level 1 sex offender without having to serve any jail time; and that in 2011, she was willing to have another sex offender reduce his offender level from a level 3, the highest, to a level 1, the lowest. Who just happened to be Jeffrey. At the time, the judge, Justice Ruth Pickholz, denied Gaffney’s request and expressed bewilderment at such a motion. Jeffrey, although registered as a top-level sex offender under obligation to check in with the police regularly, never did so, and the DA’s office did not enforce the stipulations even when reminded of them by the police. The justice system here may be full of play-for-pay con artists posing as public servants, waiting to get kickbacks, either in the form of donations or as jobs in the private sector. Viewed from that perspective, it is not hard to see how a rich and powerful person could get a man dead. A counter-argument to that might be that the facility in which Jeffrey was held is under federal jurisdiction; the Justice Department. But that argument holds little weight, and, in fact, could add to the perception that the Clintons could have meddled in the case. It does not in the least ease suspicion, but rather exacerbates it, when it is remembered that the Justice Department once granted a sweetheart deal for a felon with the largest stash of child pornography and bestiality in American history which allowed him to stay out of jail. The prosecutors in New York are not the only ones with a soft spot for serious sex offenders. The one involving child pornography, which occurred in Los Angeles in 1998, was signed off on by Robert Mueller. For unknown reasons, Robert Mueller helped arrange the sweetest plea deal imaginable for David Asimov – son of the late author Isaac Asimov. David Asimov was the lucky perpetrator. But no surprise, as this same Justice Department kept four innocent men in jail for decades for crimes that Whitey Bulger was responsible for. One of these innocents was a WWII hero. Did Bill Clinton Order the Murder of Jeffrey Epstein? Having named the Clintons as suspects, the next step is to apply pressure, or, to use a better word, tension, to get this case cracked. This is not so easy to do with a slack press. But maybe I ought not to expect any support, given the historical record. Did the NYT put any pressure on Hitler back in the day when presented with reports of concentration camps? Did it put any on Stalin when reports of Ukrainians being starved emerged? Did it put any on the State Department when I gave them the inside scoop on Bagley? No, no, and no. In fact, the reporter that denied the Ukrainian starvation reports got a Pulitzer Prize. More recently, the Ed Buck case, which finally made it to the front page – was ignored for years as this wealthy donor to the Democrats was allowed to party on as young black men ended up dead at his house. Edward Bernard Peter Buck is an American businessman, LGBTQ political activist, and Democratic political fundraiser. Two African American men have been discovered dead in Buck’s West Hollywood home since 2017 due to drug overdoses. On September 17, 2019, Buck was arrested and charged with three counts of battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. Buck is awaiting trial. Outraged, one young man’s mother publicly lobbied the Democrat Los Angeles DA to have him arrested but was rudely ignored. A similar case in the 1980s is even more harrowing: that of John Wayne Gacy. Then the parents of a victim made 100 attempts to get the police to investigate. They did so only when the stench of his victims seeped out from under the floorboards, by which time, he had tortured dozens to death. He laughed about it, wearing a clown costume that he used for fundraising. He, too, was a donor to the Democrat party, a candidate for the same, and a ward leader in Illinois. By saying all this, and naming the Clintons as suspects in Jeffrey’s death, it might seem that I am taking aim at that party. I am not, I am in no political party, and am not paid by any party. I would hope that Democrats join me, though I am sure that party loyalists will refuse, just as they did with Buck and Gacy. I would hope that ALL Americans would join me. I would hope that ALL Democrats see through Clinton and his allies, and investigate the Humpty Dumpty congressmen. It is not that I have concern for either of the Epsteins, but that what is going on is of national concern. Everyone needs not just to take a look at it, but to apply real pressure – again – tension is a better word. That word was once used as the title of a film made in 1949, in which Barry Sullivan played Police Lieutenant Collier Bonnabel, who explains that he only knows one way to solve a case: by applying pressure to all the suspects, playing on their strengths and weaknesses, until one of them snaps under the tension. Quite recently, this tactic was proven a success when Frank Parlato exposed Keith Raniere and his NXIVM sex cult. Not surprisingly, its members were donors to Hillary Clinton. It was not easy to get the investigation to go forward. Parlato ended up writing thousands of articles and contacting both major press and government agencies. Tension worked, and now Raniere is in prison and Allison Mack and others are headed there soon. And soon to join them, I hope, will be the Clintons, Mark Epstein, and the Humpty Dumpty congress members.
