This is just as filling as a real spaghetti meal and way less sugar and much more nutritional value! - 🌮 KETO TACOS?! I’d rather have 10 keto tacos than one carb loaded taco! Who wants Taco joints to sell keto tacos?! I do!!!! - 🍞 KETO BREAD - Yes this is keto bread here that will not spike your blood sugar! A lot of people have cravings towards bread and can’t get rid of it! - Most likely has to do with your overall blood sugar rapidly spiking and falling! Are carbs at night bad❓❓❓ . . ⚠ THEY SAY - Carbohydrates are evil. They have been demonized by mainstream thinking, for years now. . . 📚 THE TRUTH - Consuming carbohydrates in the morning, afternoon or night makes absolutely NO difference. While highly processed carbs (starches & sugars) are certainly not ideal for our overall health, consuming carbohydrates in our diets is absolutely okay...no matter what time of the day or night. . . 🔑 THE KEY - Choose wholesome carbohydrate forms (veggies, fruits, yogurt, nuts, seeds), over processed forms most of the time. That along with adequate proteins & fats are optimal. As long as you’re within your daily caloric intake goals, you’ll be on track for weight loss and fat loss. . . 🥑Avocado Toast🥑 1 slice bread 1/3 avocado 160 calories 8g fat 16g carb 3g protein . . 💪 Hope this is helpful!
