When it was too quiet and I was home alone I would start the dishwasher, empty or full. Just needed that noise cause it was unnerving how silent the house got.

#didnt need the dishwasher noise when we moved tho #had no hoa so we had chickens and some livestock and they always filled the silence #i dont think ive been completely home alone in years #always had my mom or brother or someone home #cause my mom and brother both work 3rd shift at the factory #its kinda weird now that i think about it #that i only ever had to make background noise in the house we had in the suburbs #my country houses always had lots of natures background noises #hmm
