#didn’t have time to partially freeze the steak so it wasn’t sliced as thin as the recipe but still great#loved the velveting + blanch method. usually i need some crisp in my meat but it was sooo tender i really liked it#doubled the marinade and sauce and served with a friend’s homemade chili oil#definitely a do again#food
