There’s something about wearing jewelry during lifting that makes me feel so much stronger and badass.
Didn’t get my 3 reps at 270lb like I wanted, but damn I felt good moving literally over 8,000lbs of weight today within a half hour.

I Skipped One But I'll Talk About It At The End - July 26, 2021
Hello.
A) High Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS - 5x1
95, 115, 125, 135, 145
These felt ok.
B) Snatch - 4x1.1.1
135, 145, 150, 155
These felt OK! I recorded my 145 and my 155 sets, but as you'll see I forgot to pause for the 145 ones. 155 I guess got a little toesy at the end, but I didn't feel that? It looks like when I come up from the bottom position my heels lift just a little. I don't know if that's bad but it doesn't seem great. I really tried to get more speed like you told me and I think I did it fine for 150, but 155...I dunno. Maybe I could've been more explosive.
C) Front Squat - 5x3 @ 2211
175, 185, 195, 205, 215
This felt pretty OK. The last rep of the last two sets felt pretty hard. I had to really focus on bringing my core back in line because it collapsed a little for those. I might start wearing a belt for the last couple sets now.
D) 3RFT

I initially said under 12, then thought maybe I should aim for under 10, then after round 1 I said under 9. Look at me now. This was a good one in my opinion.
