#yes of course sipping water and blankets will do so much for me like fuck that shit#did any of these peole actually went through anything relevant and actually traumatizing or they're just exploiting the concept?#i almost derailed with the most aggressive reply imaginable and almost regret going back on it#because i swear that's really the kind of reaction some of you all would really deserve#but you are all too fucking fragile for that#like sometimes trauma dumping put shit in perspective and make people consider twice before posting bullshit that helps no one#but make them look good in front of people who clearly don't know any better#because i never met anybody with ptsd who felt something more than irritation from that kind of shit#that kind of shit work for people who tear up when their parents ask them to do the dishes in a tone they dislike that kind of bitch#no one else
