I’ll be honest my least favorite character in dragons dogma isn’t the 40000th goblin or the drake that’s killed me AGAIN or the guy thats plotting and it’s not the duke or grigori it’s fucking aelinore.
I’m serious she grinds my gears so bad she is i think the ONLY character i dislike, including the non-official romances like random townies. Or the goddamn dragon. Or the bosses that keep killing me. You’re nice to her one time and max out her annoying ass’s affinity and i can’t even ignore her because i want/need the stuff from her quests.
the thing is she probably isn’t that bad of a character, really, but I’m blinded by irritation at gameplay and her being like… the default beloved unless you just ignore her existence entirely, it feels. I know logically she isn’t this bad. And yet. I hope grigori fucking eats her
