I get annoyed at people that praise pokemon for putting mexican references in their Spain game

#dia de todos los santos maybe but papel picado and mariachi refs?? no way. thats not spaniard#get out#and it really pissed me off when people were making their own final evos for the starters#and fuecocos was outright a feathered snake#Quetzalcoatl isnt from spain!!!!!!!!! fuck off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#squeaks#and quaxly's being a fucking conquistador...#i mean. they can certainly take elements from latam to make it more diverse#not saying they cant. quaquaval having carnival references is fun and okay. even skeledirge#but attributing those references to spain only is what annoys me
