Aaj tisra din hai. Din kii shuruaat bahut dhamekdaar Hui. Mai kareeban 4:00 baje uthaa toh dekha kii chhavi meditate kar rahi thi. Garam paani karke mai jab aps kii site kholaa toh dekhaa kii 9 may se exam chal rahe hai private ke. Kya karta batao. Mummy ko uthaya toh bhar pet sunne ko mil gaya. Phir udaas ke bed pe YouTube chalane chal gaya , khud der baad insta kholaa toh dekha kii chhavi wahi sab mai phir phas gayi hai. Thoda datta phir soo Gaya. Matlab kal khelne bhi nahi gaya. Yahi nahi karna hai, agar kuch as expected nahi chal raha ho toh ek cheez apne hisaab se chal sakti hai , apni time table . Toh phir kareeban 8 baje tak uth kar mai jhanvi ke yaha gaya jahan saare doubt clear hogaye. Uncle explain kar diye sab. Toh kareeban 12:00 baje tak book laka ke mai 2nd year kii padhai shuru kar diya toh bas 1 answer yaad karke chor diyaa. Toh bas yahi kehna chahta hu agar Mann naa bhi kare toh padho, kyuki jab Mann kare uss samay padhna toh har koi kar sakta hai. Isliye morale of the story yahi hai kii apne upar kaam karo aur meditate karna mat chodo. Jis apne kii baat tum kar rhe the 1st day woh tum hii ho aur koi nahi. Agar aap bura aur ganda sochte hai apne din ke jyadater waqt me toh aapka mind saddne wala hai.. Hehe isliye abhi se acha aur positive sochna suru krr do dear friends.          Intelligent kaise bane  6.Stupidity aur bullshits se bachker raho :-Aapke din me kaafi bar aisa hota hoga ki aapko kaafi bar bullshits aur stupidity face krni hoti hogi. Waise toh ye sab issues her kisi ke saath hai aaj ke time me. Per mostly log aise issues se Khud ko safe hi nhi rakh paate.. Aur habitual ho jaate hai uss mahoul me hi rahne ke. Per intelligent log hmesa bschne ki koshish krte hai daily ki unwanted bullshits n stupidity se. Toh aap bhi ab se dur rahna sikho aise chutiyapo se. 7.Think extaa.. But don't think over :-Sochta toh waise her koi hai... Per jyadater log wo sochte hai.. Jo sochna banta bhi nahi ho. Aise thinkers actual me overthinker hote hai. Per Jo log extraa sochte hai.. Deeply sochte hai.. Logic dhundte hai kisi bhi particular question ka. Wo log intelligent hote hai. Isliye sochte waqt ye bhi dhyan diya kro ki aap abhi extras soch rahe hai.. Ya kuch bhi beymatlab ka.. Bahmi sa.. Illogical sa sochker sirf over thinking ker rahe hai. Isse aapki soch per aapka khud ka control hoga. Yahi intelligency hai.  8.Apne mind ko exercise kerwao :-Apne mind ko exercise kerwane ka matlab hai ki apne mind ko fitt n healthy rakho. Ab ye na sochna ki mai aapke mind ko bimar kyu bata raha hu.. Hehehe.. O hello kyuki abhi aap intelligent nhi bane toh bimar dimag ke hue na. Hehe 😊...isliye aapke mind ko exercise ki bohot jarurat hai. Aur exercise hogi meditation krne se. Mind ko music therapy dene se.. Yes dear.. Music se bhi mind fitt rahta hai. Tratak krne se. Agar intelligence vaastav me hi badhana chahte ho toh.  9.Apne ghar ke sabse mature person ke paas jyada time bitaya kro :-Aapki family me jo banda sabse jyada samajhdaar hai.. Smart hai.. Toh aap apna jyada time uske paas bitaya kro. Unse apni personal baate kiya kro frankly. Unse wo her ek question kiya kro jo aap jaan na chahte hai.. Khud ko intelligent society me hi rakhe :-Agar aapka friend circle ya aapki society aisi hai ki jisme saare hi stupid hai.. Slow minded hai.. Unko bas aapse timepass kerna hota hai ya wo bas aapka use krte hai toh aisi society se dur hi rakho khud ko. Kyuki jaise logo me aap rahte hai aaj..toh kal aap unke jaise hi ban jaate hai. Isliye aaj hi intelligent n good people ki society me rahne lag jaaye.  11.Khud ko ye bata do aaj hi ki aap intelligent hai :-Jaisa hum sochte hai.. Hum waisa hi ban jaate hai. Padhne ki Age hai, kuch kerne ki, rishte baad me bana lena .Kyuki toxic friends, zeher ghol dete hai dimag me. Hmesa ganda feel kroge. Please mind thing.  Apni aadten badlo, sahi time se khaya piya kro, soya kro, wrong aadten hi hai jo aaj aap focus nhi bana paate. Kyuki padhte waqt toh bhook lag jati hai. Aur jab neend aaye toh padhne ka mood banta hai .hehehe ,,sab ulta ho jaata hai.  Gande naso se, daaru, drugs se dur raho, ye mind ko weak ker deti hai. Student ke liye nasaa zeher hai.  Agar aapko kisi se nafrat hai, aur aap her waqt uske baare me soch sochker jalte fookte rahte hai toh dear aap kabhi bhi dhyan nhi laga paoge studies me. Pyar, mohabbat, nafrat, ye sab insaan ko uske kaam se dur ker deti hai. Samjho iss baat ko. Jo jaisa hai, rahne do usko uske haal per. Aap khud per khud dhyan do . Kisi ki baato ko dil pe na liya kro. Student ko ek limit ke circle me rahna chahiye. Jyada logo ke touch me rahoge toh jyada mentally disturbed rahoge. Toh apne ander ke dar wagera ko khtm kro.  Ek line me bolu toh jab bhi mind me koi idher udher ki baat aayegi, concentration ho hi nhi payega study per.
