Her golden eyes are a physical proof of soulbond with her dragon, K’merisath.

Its specific mentioned that those eyes doesn’t give her any new powers. Like, you won’t become stronger or gain special magic or stuffs, but you get SUPER COOL DRAGON EYES AND A GREAT FRIENDSHIP WITH DRAGON THO so it evens out.

She met K’merisath since she is a little girl, which I think is very important detail as this means they have been with each other throughout Helga’s early stages of life.

also makes K’merisath’s death during war a lot more painful <: )))

Lord: Keeps it PG to not be a bad influence on the younger knights. Idiot, stupid, bastard, damn are all allowed.

Charles: A proper gentleman, doesn't even say "damn."

Laphlaes: Usually soft spoken. Actually thinks "shit" a lot.

Dhurahan: Doesn't curse. Screeches like a hawk instead.

Rosanna: Swears like a fucking sailor, and is quite inventive too. Actually, the sailors blush when they hear her.

Lumie: Gasps when somebody says "Damn."

Aslan: Is used to swearing because mercenaries are not exactly known for their manners. Is not aware "Fuck" isn't PG.

Vanessa: Looks like a proper lady. Swears a lot under her breath when nobody can hear.
