My latest Healing series painting is finished! I really wanted to incorporate sea turtles into this because they presented a nice challenge for me 😊 Lately I’ve been focusing a lot on water. I think that we become re-energized and let go of our concerns when we’re near a body of water. With this piece, she is apparently submerged in a crystal blue ocean and is surrounded by sea turtles. Through my Healing series I want to emphasize the importance of taking care of yourself during a time like this. The present situation is mentally draining and your surroundings may not be good for you, emotionally and spiritually. But if we’re open minded and we focus on the positives, we can get ourselves out of the darkness in our heads.
