hello. i am desirdae about my intelligence (i wanna be percieved as average, my peers percieve me as this virtue of intelligence and keep talking about me as if im that). do you have any tips? perferably irl cuz being online is how i cope with that already, and i am online too much atp. (ive tried talking to them.)

We have a desirdumb member, so a lot of these tips are coming from us as people who understand where you're coming, but in from just slightly above average tp significantly below average. Take and adjust what works and leave what doesnt

Smaller language. Also, incorrect or confusing grammar

take more pauses when speaking. think about your next words. even if they aren't... anything special. (or something that wouldn't require thought)

"Like" and "Uhmm" can be your friends !!

Upspeak!! End things on a higher note

Answer more questions with 'i dont know'

Ask more questions. Even if you already know the answer

"I forgot" can also be your friend

Misspell thingd

Lowercasing things that should be capital can help
