I had the pleasure of joining @yelpcolorado community manager @mattyc_denver for some delicious food at a place I’ve never been to before! @unomas_southpearl is a taqueria and cantina that’s offers elevated street tacos and farm to table ingredients for their offerings. They offered custom cocktails and drinks which were very good and matched the unique, elevated mindset of Uno Mas! I had their fresh fish taco which had a great slaw and flavor. I also got a their Al Pastor which was full of Pastoriness. Chile de arbol with pineapple marinated Duroc pork, poblano radish slaw and cotija cheese. The dessert was also amazing with one of my favorites, FLAAAAAAAN! And you have to say it like that otherwise you miss out on the full flavor! Great stuff and the patio area outside was perfect for conversation and enjoying the company of friends!
