Another secret boss concept for Deltarune! Even prior to the Deltarune trailer that was shown today, I predicted that Ch. 4 would be at the church. As such, I made an angel-inspired design! Also her name is a mix of "tarot" and "tenshi" (japanese for angel) if anyone was wondering.

google, show me the character with one eye from a race of people who used to worship the stars before something bad happened and then their people forgot their past and then the character grabs an important item surrounded in rings and also turns into a large vaguely cone shaped cosmic being, only to realize that the memories they made with the party they traveled with is more important than their past. no the other one.

Context: Eli's player opened more and more dark fountains. And everyone died. But her. So she's alone, with the titans roaming and trying to escape to a safe darkworld. Kris died in her arms. Their SOUL shattered and Kris' player couldnt reconnect their controller.
