Listening to somebody passionate about it can have that effect. I've tried a lot of new things just because I've heard people gush about them. Chess, Go, MTG... You shouldn't be afraid to talk about the things you love.

I've never actually been in one of these boutiques - when it comes to fashion, I prefer the simple approach - but similar to omrice, anime makes me want to see these places just to SEE them.

Thank you, Yui's grandma, for pointing out that little bit of Japanese culture. (For those who didn't know: 95% of the time people call each other by their last names or full names, with first names being reserved for one's close friends or family. Really close friends drop the honorifics entirely, though that's not the case here.)

Which certainly says a lot about Kokone's friendship history up until now.
