I present to you today’s image for Inktober. This one was harder to integrate into the larger piece because it is really ink heavy. If you swipe you can see I applied this image a little differently to make a border at the bottom of the kimono. So I wasn’t just doing this image once, but multiple times! Dip pens don’t like releasing a lot of ink, unless it’s a broken worn down nib, which I have for heavy ink images like this. But it still is not a paint brush and takes a lot of time to fill in the black. Also since the nib is old and broken, you have to watch out for weird bloops and blobs.
