1. 3 Ships. Currently vibing with the Trigun brainrot, so both Vashwood and Mashwood are hogging the show atm. But Zakkura will always be there hovering in the background.

2. First ever ship. That's a hard one tbh, but I think it was technically EdWin, back when I was first watching FMA in middle school.

3. Last Song. "World So Cold" by 12 Stones. It's on a couple of my playlists and I love it a lot. I'm also constantly listening to the "Trigun Stampede" soundtrack cuz I'm obsessed with the classical tracks w/ piano as well as the jazzy tracks with a saxophone going absolutely apeshit.

4. Last Movie. We're slowly rewatching all the SW movies as a family, and we watched ROTS last week. Man, do I love treating that movie as a comedy.

5. Currently Reading. Rn in-between fic I'm working my way through "Camp Damascus" by Chuck Tingle. I'm absolutely loving it. I'm also working my way through the Trigun manga.

6. Currently Watching. I'm kinda in-between stuff rn, but I finished Tristamp a couple weeks ago and it has yet to leave my brain. I'm working my way through rewatching the '98 anime rn, so I guess that??

7. Currently Consuming. Nothing atm. Water, I guess? I had a donut a bit ago and will be having meatloaf for dinner in a bit.

8. Currently Craving. Chicken curry with turmeric rice, if I'm being honest. Things that aren't food? Time off from everything w/o parentals breathing down my neck about shit.

1. What kind of magic would they have? If they already had magic, would they prefer a different kind? 

☀️Wren: They have solar magic since they are basically the embodiment of a celestial sun god. He has the ability to create solar flares and channel massive amounts of heat and energy through his body and through the earth itself. He’s a galactic entity. It’s pretty cool. He would like to know what it’s like to physically transform though.

🌙Marek: He has lunar magic and is Wren’s other half. He has the ability of the moon, shadows, and night, so he can craft shadows into living things at will to do his bidding, blind people, effect tidal patterns, and do other cool moon shit as well. He’d prefer any sort of magic where he’s not constantly hearing crazy voices in his head (ie. the Chorus, a massive celestial river made up of the voices of the galaxy that channel his magic from the celestial plane through his body) because it’s a fucking nightmare and he never gets any sleep. 

19. What’s their color palette? 

☀️Wren: Gold, White, Black, Silver, Accented blue and red. 

🌙Marek: Black, Amethyst, Silver, Blue, Gold.

☀️Wren: No he’s definitely not perfect but he’s learning to love himself. 

🌙Marek: Yeah he’d love to not be a god.

☀️Wren: A crispy cookie with a glass of milk.

🌙Marek: Something super decadent like a double or triple chocolate cheesecake. You can’t take more than a few bites, it’s so much.

☀️Wren: All 700+ eps of Naruto on a dare.

🌙Marek: The Bachelor.

☀️Wren: Just fine. He’s a born survivor, he’s resourceful, and he gets shit done when he needs to. He’s also good on compartmentalizing and driving himself off of survival rather than emotion. 

🌙Marek: He’d also do fine. He’s got a lot of training in how to survive high-stress situations. He would be way more stressed out about it then Wren but they’d do it together.

“Tell me again,” says Daemyung. They’re lying side by side, sharing a sweaty pillow, secondhand city starlight striping the walls and floors. Daemyung’s voice is indigo low; Mateo could swim in it like a childhood pool. 

“I love you.”

Daemyung leans over him, face hovering inches apart. His eyes are lupine fields, a remnant of Woltra eternally near; black swum away in lieu of telling galaxy color. 

“Tell me again,” he says. 

Mateo knows how much it means to him, knows what it is to hear the affirmation, to put something tangible and real to the feeling flooding through them. Words have a weight to them, a tempered nature greater than fluid emotion. Daemyung may know him, every crystal rose facet cut and spread open before him, sapphire gleaming and whole and true, but for Mateo to say the words, a whispered tattoo and a chant-- it ingrains it deeper than any sentiment. A binding to the universe. 

“I love you,” he repeats, and Daemyung kisses him. He kisses him repeatedly, sinking into his arms as Mateo loops him closer until they are chest-to-chest. 

“Tell me how much.”

“Greater than Europa,” Mateo says into kisses. “Greater than Jupiter. Greater than every nearest solar system, every Greccan citystate.”

Lips touch the shallow junction of his neck and collarbone, and Mateo kisses words into his ear. 

“I love you as much as Telistan fishwives love the myths of asteroid angels, as much as deep space calls to the intrepid, as much as Abaddon quests for a soul.”

Daemyung’s lips stick to his as they separate, pulling slightly. Mateo traces a finger down from his temple, nail parting dark sweaty strands. 

“I love you too.”

“I know.”

“I know you know,” Daemyung tells him, and Mateo’s mouth quirks up into a lopsided smile. An Empath’s treasured intuition, silk web tingling with every perk and lull and crest. A contented rumble sounds in Daemyung’s throat, passing through his chest, and Mateo tugs his arms around him, legs slotted together under silver sheets.

As of right now, there are 80 people signed up for this event — and I anticipate that number growing as we get closer to Valentine’s day — and it’s just me that’s organizing this. There are also several limitations in place such as the tumblr ask limit being 10 asks per hour. 

Please be patient; it’s going to take a while for me to send out everyone’s assignments because Tumblr’s ask limit is really slowing me down in addition to just general life stuff.

I don’t know when exactly you’ll receive your assignment, but it’ll probably be within a few days, and definitely be before the 14th.

The first character I first fell in love with: Bilbo, hands down Bilbo. Mostly cause I was like damn that seems like an awesome ass life in the shire I want this life but then he went on the quest and I was like I wish I had the sense of adventure and kindness he has. LIke he didn’t have to help the dwarves, but he did. He gave up that glorious life for a bit to help them.  The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Thranduil (entirely Lee Pace’s fault okay. I didn’t like book Thanduil or cartoon Thranduil) The character everyone else loves that I don’t: I mean if we go with the book, no one. If we go with the movie, Tauriel. I just hate that they stuck her in a love triangle because I feel like it sends a bad message to the little girls watching the movies. Like hey look you can be a total badass but you’re still gonna fall for a guy and basically just be a hot piece of ass. Like the romance is fine, it’s cute, but just keep it to a two person thing not a love triangle.  The character I love that everyone else hates: I would say Sauron as the Necromancer but the silm fandom has a hardon for him that could probably destroy a silmaril The character I used to love but don’t any longer: ABSOLUTELY NO ONE The character I would totally smooch: *insert list* but at the top of that list is definitely Galadriel followed by Bard (I have types) The character I’d want to be like: Galadriel  The character I’d slap: Thorin A pairing that I love: Bagginshield A pairing that I despise: I don’t have any unless people be out there shipping Bard and his potatoes (children)

if your OC experienced trauma, what was it?

oh god, uh, Cherry did not come from a happy home. She was essentially born into a ruthless crew that did not care about her happiness, and unfortunately, this crew was her family. Her parents were the crew leaders, wanting to mold her into the perfect heir, but the last thing Cherry wanted was to be a leader. While Cherry is now part of a crew that cares about her wellbeing, there are still instances where she fears she is doing something wrong or isn’t doing her best.

what are some habits your OC has picked up?

she tends to get so occupied in things that she doesn’t realize she hasn’t eaten or slept in some time. it’s not as though she’s purposely avoiding doing such things, it’s just that she gets so into the work she’s doing that she doesn’t realize she hasn’t taken a break. 

favorite scent?

Cherry loves floral scents! She also enjoys the smell of baking, mostly because the activity brings her comfort. 

favorite kind of ice cream?

anything with a ridiculous amount of caramel is her favorite.
