What if Krolia wasn’t a blade and instead on the Empire’s side? What if she really did shoot down the other soldier’s ship to keep the glory for herself?

This, to me, is super interesting as I think it opens up a lot of avenues. When Krolia finds the lion Keith’s dad would 100% stop her from reporting to the Empire as he knows from her stories what they’re like. She gets upset but not too much because love.

When the scout ships come Krolia decides to stop them because she’s found a home with Earth and her son is there. She decides to leave shortly after and lie to get Earth off the Empire’s radar. Krolia is well aware how cruel the Empire can be to half-breeds so she leaves without Keith.

Now fast-forward and she meets Keith while he’s on a mission (wether it be for Voltron or for the Blades) and we’ve got drama!

If you wanna write something based on this premis you can, of course, change up Krolia’s time on Earth however. If you’ve read something like this then please send it to me! This AU really interest me! If you write this then send that to me, too. I’d love to see what others make of my ideas.

I know the Harry Potter fandom has taken a hit after all the... you know what and while I don’t read Harry Potter I do love the Hogwarts houses system. Recently, I’ve felt a bit ashamed about it given what Rowling has said online but have come to the conclusion that it’s okay for me to like what she creates.

I think it’s okay to separate the creator from their creations. If you disagree with what Rowling has said online but still love her work then don’t feel ashamed for that. Don’t let anyone or anything stop you from loving what you love. On the contrary, it’s also okay to distance yourself from the creations of someone you don’t like. Whatever you wanna do.

However, if you have trouble enjoying Harry Potter because of what Rowling has been saying on Twitter, try to remember that this is a world separate from her. Yes, she’s made it but these books and characters are just as much yours as they are hers. Just always know that it’s okay to like something even if you don’t like it’s creator. Since these creations don’t necessarily reflect the creator’s views and opinions.

Overall, just let yourself have fun and do what you please. : )

((I actually wanted to say that I’m a slytherin but everyone assumes I’m a hufflepuff. Needless to say, I got a bit... distracted. My ADHD brain has a lot of thoughts and felt this was more important than my weird housing placement. Should I sign this off as “your local slytherin”? Or would that be too cringy? Just made myself cry with an idea of sorts where post season 8 Keith finds a little Galra kit and takes her in. She’s super sickly but still wants to fly with Keith one day.

While visiting a previously Galra occupied planet to help rebuilding efforts, the kit collapses from illness and needs immediate medical treatment. Keith takes her to the Black Lion and flies as quick as possible to where the proper medics are and all I can think of now is the kit putting her tiny hands on Keith’s that’s gripping the Black Lion’s controls and saying “Papa, we’re flying together!” And I-
