hey — it’s nice to meet everyone. i’m theon (he/him), 18 / est for college but pst in my heart. excited to be here and to write with you all! i’ve been in and out of the rp scene for a few years, but writing is definitely one of my passions and rp is, as always, addictively fun. i’m playing adrian liu, the athena muse — jump down under the cut for some quick info (i’ll have my full about page done eventually, but i just got back from a music retreat)!

ADRIAN LIU —– athena: intelligence, war, and peace.

22. he/him. perceptive. ambitious. vengeful. brooding. 

he’s a politician’s kid, raised from birth to excel, to be brighter and better than anyone else. he has to, for the sake of his father’s image and campaigns. don’t rock the boat, don’t start any trouble — just be the best.

he sacrificed a lot for his success: while other kids had clubs and extracurriculars doing things they enjoy, he was at tutoring class after tutoring class, studying until his fingers bruised and ached from the tight grip he held on his pencil as he scratched his way through another essay, another problem set. it’s led him now to be extremely self-disciplined.

his relationship with his father is cold, anything but healthy. they have a mutual begrudging respect, but he’s barely acknowledged: an unwanted child that brought more trouble than his father wanted.

adrian isn’t naturally competitive, but what he fears, even more than his father, is failure. mediocrity, he thinks, is its own punishment, and so he strives to climb the class ranks, graduating valedictorian from his high school with the help of his (un)naturally good memory.

academia and education is what he sees as his one chance to get out of the cage that his father’s trapped him in: the isolation and pressure of having to be the perfect child. he struggles, often, with escaping his father’s shadow.

he’s quiet, almost to the point of being brooding, but his calm exterior hides a rebellious spirit — and a hidden temper. it takes a lot to push adrian over the edge, but once he gets angry, his tongue is sharper than his mind could ever be, cold and unforgiving. what’s more: he holds grudges, sometimes for life.

SHE is apart of the victors and are known to be GENTLE and SERENE. but, sometimes i heard they can be quite GULLIBLE and RESENTFUL but it’s okay so was DEMETER, maybe that’s why they’re so alike.

she’s so... soft. like, so gentle. her hands are rough from gardening, yet every thing she does is gentle af. just... so soft. flowers and people alike feel delicate to her, so she handles everything with care.

she always seems chill, like... if you’re feeling anxious, just being around adéline can help.

a little bit about me: my name is jessica, as mentioned before, i’m 20 turning 21 in about a little over a week (i’ll accept angst threads as a gift), i go by she/her pronouns and i am in the est timezone. harry styles has owned my ass since about 2012, barbara palvin is my wife, and all of bts can literally do things to me i shouldn’t even describe. i also have a dog who i miss a lot since i’m at school

SHE is apart of the victors and are known to be CHARMING and CAREFUL. but, sometimes i heard they can be quite OVERBEARING and JEALOUS but it’s okay so was HERA, maybe that’s why they’re so alike.

this is ivy, she will make or break you

well lets start from the beginning, she is second generation thai-american, her grandparents on both sides came here when they were in their twenty’s from thailand and started a family. they originally were from california but when ivy’s dad was ready to go to law school him and ivy’s mom decided to move to connecticut where he went to yale to study. he has his law degree and is a lawyer and still practices today. hence why ivy is fucking loaded

although she has a lot of money and buys nice things she is very modest, she will wear a gold watch but won’t flaunt it around or tell everyone to look at it.

she lived in greenwich her whole life and has an older brother who shes very close with

ivy likes to give back to her community, often she will volunteer at the animal shelter in town or something like that. she doesn’t do it so people will be like “wow! look at that rich girl!” she does it because she genuinely cares about the people and the animals around her. 

shes not a bitch, and she certainly doesn’t think of herself as queen bee, but she does have a lot of respect for herself and holds herself in a regal manner – knowing her individual worth (not monetary) and knows how people should be speaking to her

she’s always there if you need someone, will probably stop whatever she’s doing to help out, and is really soft spoken, but always has a smile on her face

unless ... you cross her. if you lie, try to pull something over on her, or really just are a horrible person she can get anyone and everyone that you love against you in a second, and she knows she holds that power so she tries to not let conflicts get that far, although it does take a while for her to forgive

she’s pansexual, she’s a people lover and a people pleasure but also she is in a love / hate relationship with commitment because on point she wants to live her life because she’s so young but also she wants someone to cuddle with her sooo ....

she has a dog and misses him daily
