Haven’t done one of these in awhile but my roommate asked me for this one - funny that now I’m going back to work in the office I am enjoying the experience of making dinner more than when I was stuck at home. Anyway @loganthrives this is for you:
1 small bunch spring onions finely diced (chives would also work here)
3-4 medium to large fresh bulbs of garlic, finely minced
1 cup shredded double smoked applewood cheddar, OR if you can’t find that old cheddar and a 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1 cup shredded gruyere cheese 
1 brick creme cheese at room temp
1 cup crumbled diced and finely chopped bacon 
1/4 cup parmesan grated - I unfortunately only use real parm when someone else pays for it these days of course.
1/2 cup sour crème 
1/2 cup full fat mayonnaise
4 tbsp black sesame seeds divided - 3 prts to 1
4 tbsp white sesame seeds divided - same as above
4 tbsp granulated garlic - same as above
4 tbsp poppy seeds same as above
4 tbsp dehydrated onion same as above
4 tbsp parsley same as above
4 tbsp coarse sea salt separated same as above
4 tbsp black peppercorns on a coarse grider - as above
Using a mix master  put all ingredients into a bowl together. In a separate dish separate the 1 tbsp of all theseparate ingredients and mix around. Using your hands shape the mix into a ball. Then, roll it around in the reserved mixture to get a crust on the outer side Serve with crackers or crunchy vegetables

{Take of ● For The Meats.
{Take 4 lbs of Beef Stew Chuck [1" chop + Worshestershire Sauce].
{Get 1/2 Packet of McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning [+ 3 tbsp flour].
{Take 2 lbs of Pork Shoulder [boiled and shreadded].
{Make ready 1 tbsp of Kitchen Bouquet.
{Take of ● For The Thickener.
{Take 2 tbsp of Corn Starch [more if needed.
{Take 2 tbsp of Water.
{Make ready of ● For The Finish.
{Take 4 tbsp of Dehydrated Onions.
{Make ready 1 tsp of Granulated Garlic.
{Prepare 1 tsp of Granulated Onion.
{Get 1 of Good Dash Au Jus Extract.
{Get 1/4 Cup of Quality Red Wine.
Instructions to make Mike's Stone Soup:
Usually I provide all of the ingredients for my students classes but today, each student brought their own individual ingredient in honor of the fairy tale of Stone Soup. They made 6 massive batches of this soup/stew. Anyway, here's your easy basic broth. ;0).
Chop all vegetables and add to pot with broth..
Chop your beef into small cubes..
Season beef in a Zip lock Bag..
Place beef in heated pan and sear meat with flour and 1/2 packet of beef stew seasoning..
Fry until seared..
Boil raw pork meat until fully cooked and fork shread..
Add all meat to pot. Allow to simmer for 3 hours. Gently stir from bottom as to not break up potatoes..
Warm bread pictured..
Serve hot with fresh bread. Enjoy!.
