I wield a power at work where if someone is nice I'll give them a discount for that alone, but if they keep telling me my quoted price is "a load of shit and that I quoted a different price on the phone (which is a lie)" I will not budge a fucking cent and just keep hitting the "oh well. Sorry" even if I very well could be within their budget with a small discount.
