Thank you!! Um, sadly I have no choice but to push myself and it's actually been making me really anxious, because everything is due this thursday? I'm nervous!! But I'll try to make it through. How I feel about this character: MY ACTUAL CHILD I LOVE HER SO MUCH

All the people I ship romantically with this character: daryl and sometimes maggie because i’m a terrible human being. and occasionally rick but idon’twanttotalkaboutit

My non-romantic OTP for this character: i actually really want beth and carol to strike up a cool lady friendship next season even though they’ve had like one conversation just bc i’m sick of each of their stans throwing the other under the bus in thinly-veiled shipping wars. but also i genuinely think they could learn a lot from each other and idk it’d be cool~

My unpopular opinion about this character: she’s my favourite?? i guess that’s not quite as unpopular as it was a year ago. i don’t particularly want her to become an uber-badass character and it kind of rubs me the wrong way when i see some of her fans yelling for her to become some invincible warrior. like yes she should be able to take care of herself - and we’ve seen that she can take care of herself - but part of what makes her unique as a character on this show is that she’s the unlikely survivor and she even acknowledges it herself, and the fact that she’s more stereotypically ”’feminine-coded”’ doesn’t make her less of a ~strong female character~ than michonne and maggie etc. /rant

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: i would like her to come back and not get eaten, that would be nice. also once she re-joins the main group it would be cool if she continued to have some narrative importance rather than fading back into the background

a headcanon fact: i feel like beth was probably pretty popular in high school before the outbreak started and she definitely has a rebellious streak so she was probably hoping to go off to college to get away from how suffocating things would have been at the farm bc much as i love hershel i can’t really imagine being 16 and having him for a father

Olwen - favorite flower: i don't know enough about flowers to really pick a favorite, but i quite like bluebells? they remind me of willow trees somehow, which i also like (i used to play under this weeping cherry tree in my yard as a kid and pretend i was pocahontas or sometimes a fairy and braid the leaves idk it was fun)

Hathor - things that bring joy: good hugs, good jokes, good cinematography/storytelling, cute animals, general silliness with friends, waking up feeling well-rested and able to take on the day, weather in the 70s with a slight breeze, chocolate, french fries, ice cream, feeling cute in your clothes, clothing sales, good grades, good alcohol, good hair days, empowering spoken word poems, seeing people genuinely smile/laugh or challenge/rediscover their humanity, music played with passion, art of any kind however you define it, the words 'i love you', me time

That's good! I feel like every time I get a checkup, my eyes are worse. Lol. I usually stick with a similar design too. :))

it could stabilize for you though-- mine prescription didn't stabilize until about three years ago and it could still dramatically change at any point but i'm glad they actually haven't haha

I've never been in a relationship (maybe a one sided relationship, I'll talk about that for the next A), but my last relationship that ended was probably a friendship. I don't think this is the latest, but a friend moved away and we just drifted apart. I've attempted communication since then, but she hasn't responded.

Well I'm in college, so...

My writing, I compare myself so much to everyone around me, even my friends (especially my friends). I love getting feedback, but I hate asking for it because I feel like I come off as needy. Sometimes I wish I got more feedback, but I know I'm not that good, so I understand.

A. Why my last relationship ended?

So, you really want to hear about my one sided relationship? Erm, I liked a guy, like a lot. And we texted and hung out a lot, and I misled myself into believing that he liked me back, but it never moved forward. So I tried to get over him, and then I found out he was secretly seeing another girl the entire time I liked him. And I felt like the world's biggest idiot afterwards. I'm still ashamed about the whole thing.

H. Favorite thing about myself.

Physically would have to be my hair. Otherwise, I guess I like the fact that when I try, I really pull my shit together. It's trying that's hard for me.

One of my hopes for Hill’s return is that she notices what a dick he’s being to May and tells him to pull his head out his ass. Lol. Or, a slightly less angry version of that.

I was just thinking.... May isn't any of the stills for either 1x19 or 20. And there is that bit in the promo that was posted yesterday that apparently included clips of more than just last night's episode, where Coulson says "You want orders? Follow mine or find somewhere else to be." and it has a May reaction shot right after.

So anyway, I was wondering, what if he tells her that and she does find somewhere else to be for a few episodes? Namely with Fury? 

Idk, I hope not, I would miss her so much, and, imho, the episodes would probably suffer without her, but maybe that would show him how much he needs her around, even if he is still angry. 

And seriously, if it doesn't get addressed that Hill knew too and Phil doesn't react proportionately to that, I will throttle the writers.

1) Who's your idol?

Hmm...not sure I have one? Can't think of anyone off the top of my head. At least not anyone famous...I have a lot friends I quite admire! Can I get back to you?

2) Favorite book?

Oh gosh uhm umm, I really enjoyed His Dark Materials and The Abhorsen Trilogy as a kid? Definitely formative stuff right there. I actually quite like The Picture of Dorian Gray as well, if you want something more serious/classic. Oh, oh and Fahrenheit 451!

3) If you could travel back to any time period, which one would you choose?

Well, although I love medieval era stuff and also the Renaissance and the baroque period, I think I'd have to say either 1960s America because I'm currently really fascinated by the counterculture that emerged then and it would be really amazing to be a part of the civil rights and women's rights movements and also the American New Wave and the end of the French New Wave ugh yesssss OR the '80s in England so I could see good ol' JK penning HP for the first time

4) If you had to obtain $1,000,000 by any means, how would you do it?

Have you ever seen Catch That Kid? Like that, probably.

10) Ultimate dream?

I have a lot of dreams and aspirations. I want to publish my writing and actually make a profit off it, novels, screenplays, poetry, songs, all of it. And I suppose I'd really like to direct a passion project one day and have it be successful...doing a documentary on postmodern feminism would be great, but also adapting The Keys to the Kingdom book series, or remaking HP as it was meant to be, as a friend suggested to me the other day. I also would very much like to design my dream home and live in it with my significant other/life partner with however many pets we wanted and have enough money to be able to travel as we desired and really see the world and absorb other cultures so I could be the best writer I can be. Speaking of, I would also really like to punch Jeff Davis, Steven Moffat, and whoever authorized the last 30 seconds of Merlin square in the face, thank you very much.

Yay! New glasses are the best. I am in serious need of new ones myself. Is it an updated prescription too?

i don't think so, actually!! a few weeks ago when i went in for my check up they said my prescription seemed about the same so i could keep the ones i had or look for some new ones-- but since i've had the same pair for over two years now i thought a change was needed haha
