1. Are you named after anyone? I was almost named after my father (which would have been a mistake) so parents picked something from the bible, turns out its Emmanuel. 2. When was the last time you cried? A few months ago when I found out my brother passed away while I was on my shift. 3. Do you have kids? NOPE 4. Do you use sarcasm a lot? A decent amount, but only to people I know well, lol. But, when someone is being shitty to me while on register I will use sarcasm to it's full extent. funny thing is, customers can't tell if I am being serious or not!

5. What sports do you play/have played? I wasn't big into sports as a kid but I played a lot of baseball and biked a lot. Even as a small kid I was wanting to be creative and art while playing video games and reading books.

6. Whats the first thing you notice about people?

I notice straight away about how they talk, and facial features. Most people don't realize it but some can be very animated! 7. What's your eye colour? Dark hazel green! I've had some people tell me in certain lighting conditions it almost looks like they glow. 8. Scary movies or happy endings? Hmm...I usually lean into happy endings. The world is scary enough as is. A never ending scary movie that plays out in real time. 9. Any special talents? Other than art? (I would call it a skill than a talent) I can't think of anything special, really.

10. Where were you born?

Puerto Rico.

11. What are your hobbies? Art, creating characters, stories and scenarios for said characters! I want to do digital comics for people to read! I also listen to a lot of music and on occasion I play an instrument! I also like to read books and collect them to make a small library for myself. I like the dark academia aesthetic! And of course, video games :P

12. Do you have pets? Personally? Not anymore. Both of them passed away. However, the house mate does have a black cat so I guess that counts? A gentle and playful goober named Boy.

13. How tall are you? I have recently discovered that I am 5'6. Painfully average height, but still the smallest one in the family.

14. Favorite subject in school? Art, history and music! A close fourth one would be English if the class gave a damn at all.

15. Dream job? Being an independent comic creator! Second would be an art director for a indie studio.

1. Are you named after anyone?

In terms of my deadname yes- I was named after my mother, and it was (as often is for spanish families) in combination with my middle name, which is after my grandmother.

My current name isn't after a family member, but has a symbolic relation to my deadname.

2. When was the last time you cried?

Maybe a month ago because I was worried I hurt my girlfriend's feelings :'D

3. Do you have kids?

Nope. I like kids, but no desire to have my own.

4. Do you use sarcasm a lot?

I think I used to be more so. These days it tends to come out only in two ways: if I am currently with someone I know very well and who knows I am not being mean-spirited, or if I am with a stranger and they are being an ass lol.

5. What sports do you play/have played?

I was a very active kid and would do all the sports! Though my favorites were soccer, and martial arts, tae kwon do and shinkendo. I have been meaning to get back into martial arts when I have more time.

6. Whats the first thing you notice about people?

I think its a tie between the persons overall face shape/facial features and their voice.

7. What's your eye colour?

Brown lol deep brown but still light enough that its not hard to see my pupils. Unless under a black light apparently lmao

8. Scary movies or happy endings?

Not sure why these are mutually exclusive? But happy endings regardless of genre lol

9. Any special talents?

Art things mostly. I'm especially skilled at drawing figures and some animals. I'm a decent singer although that is completely untrained lol

I also have a strange talent for making puns completely unintentionally so they come out very sincerely and then 5 seconds later I laugh at it

11. What are your hobbies?

Drawing extremely self indulgent art, curating playlists for OCs-both for drawing noise and to imagine cool amvs in my head about them, singing and playing guitar, playing video games and occasionally blogging about them, watching old animes and reading old mangas

12. Do you have pets?

One fluffball tortie named Pumpkin who I really ought to post more pictures of. There are plans for a kitten-puppy duo soon though now that we live in a house lol

13. How tall are you?

I'm just going to say about 5' since I have apparently already begun shrinking LOL;;

14. Favorite subject in school?

Aside from art, I have always loved history-particularly the period from about the 1100s to the 1700s, Music, and P.E.

15. Dream job?

I mean I want to just make web comics, play music, sing, and maybe make some video game lets plays

But since capitalism is a thing I'm aiming for a day-job of catalogging video game archives lol

The Barrier Hero; BlueStar!

Okay so while I was looking for something to practice on to get me back in proper arting shape, when I recalled a while back when @deeum was nice enough to give me some advice regarding creative hesitance with character concepts and such.

This encounter also urged me to shoot for things that I’d otherwise worry about being unable to do, so, now I’m better than I was when I drew them a thank you comic, I decided to do a lil homage to their BNHA OC; Bluestar.

....and then I got halfway through and realised I accidentally kinda put her in the Vegeta pose, you know the one.
