The council has no idea that Sunstreaker is on Earth. He is a completely unknown variable!

Bee, Strongarm, and Sideswipe were all seen in the first episode, but Sunny slipped in later. The only people who see him are all bots who would never tell anyone.

The enforcers show up and immediately have all these crimes that the others committed and then they turn to Sunstreaker. They have no idea who this guy is. No one said anything about another bot being there.

Who is this child? They don't know. They also wouldn't know the Twins are, well, twins. (i will say that there is another character that will be there, but i'm certain that that character has done at least something they could try and use. nothing big but i don't think they'd care)

I am changing Sunny's singular CANON ALIGNED APPERANCE that I fragging forgot about. There's a scene in one of the last few episodes that has so many tiny, itty bitty mentions, and I kinda need to get rid of Sunny's for this to make sense. Giving Sunstreaker my deepest apologies, but in return I'm writing him a fic where he gets to be present for everything, so that hopefully makes up for this.
