I ran 8 miles this morning! I incorporated more hills into this longer run too. I had an average 13:09 pace which made me pumped! . Last night I looked at the course description for my race next weekend and it scared me a bit.. The phrase "death by hills" came to mind. . That was motivation enough for me to step it up a bit today and head out for a longer and harder run! My legs were tired by the end but I probably could've done more so I'm happy with it! . I also saw a bobcat cross the street in front of me... So if that didn't get my legs moving, I don't know what will! 😮😺 . I'm lucky to be running this race with three of my girlfriends!
