On January 22nd of last year, the community of Stroud, Gloucestershire, was shaken by a tragic event that led to the untimely death of Neil Shadwick. The 63-year-old, reliant on his mobility scooter for transportation, was abandoned in sub-zero temperatures, an act that ultimately resulted in his death. The perpetrator, Kimberley Ann Hawkins, has since pleaded guilty to manslaughter, bringing some closure to a deeply distressing case. Watch out the full CCTV Footage .....
