Not that I'm stepping out of the gencest bubble but the first time I was watching spn (and before I actively shipped the brothers in a qpr) I still never understood why Destiel was such a big thing. Don't get me wrong, they had their moments, sure. Stuff that could be interpreted as couple-y if one uses his imagination.

AND THEN THE WHOLE THING WITH CROWLEY HAPPENED! That man LOVED Dean. He had a crush on him, idk. But it was so FUCKING obvious and I won't believe they didn't fuck at least once when Dean was a demon, alright? And Crowley looks so sad and betrayed when Dean leaves. They have a talk about family after the Rowena fiasco! They are FRIENDS! Dean actually looks bothered when he learns that Sam promised Rowena he would kill Crowley. Crowley openly admits to letting Dean get out alive lot of times, he admits he had feelings for him. Like, Crowley was so OPEN about it!

And ofc Dean would choose Sam in the end. But for the people who refused to have the brothers together and wanted to ship them, how did it end up being Castiel and not Crowley???? Like? What? I know Drowley is a thing but it's not even near the Destiel bubble and it confuses me A LOT. I firmly believe it's only because Crowley's actor looks older BUT please tell me I am not the only one who saw s9-s11 and FELT that. The bromance or whatever.

(In case it wasn't clear, excluding SamDean, Crowley is my favourite Supernatural character AND HE WAS ROBBED)
