Giant teddy bears, naturally. Dean, you deviant. But it's okay, because he kept giving the bear little smooches every now and then, so maybe they're in love (don't tell Sam).

That is honestly not an unfair question. Although I angled the screenshot for a little modesty, the bear GREW A DICK for that animation.
As for who did get Dean preggers, I'm actually building a post about that right now! It's taking time due to having to get the right screenshots in amongst playing, but all will be revealed in time. *mysterious aura*
