Here's Teddy! He's not a figure skater, he just does it for a hobby. Kinda went into the danger zone with arteza markers being on XL Canson mixed media paper. What I mean by that is the markers put this yellow stain that can bleed on both sides of another paper and the paper that I used the markers on especially these colors. She’s the Quiet and the Chaos - A Marcus Pike Story Ch I

Author’s Note: Hi there internet friends! So I’m extremely nervous about sharing this story, but it’s been swirling around in my brain and in my Google Doc for months. I wanted to give Marcus Pike a good love story, with someone that actually gave a crap about him. That sweet cinnamon roll deserves a happy ending. With this series, his love interest is a Deaf OC of mine. As many of you know, I am hearing impaired. I am legally deaf in one ear and have limited hearing in the other. My character is different from me in that her primary source of communication is American Sign Language, whereas I do a combination of ASL and speaking. There are still things that I CAN hear, but there are also many things that I CANNOT hear. I’m doing my best to accurately represent deafness, the Deaf community, and everything else that goes along with that. If I do something wrong or make a mistake, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I am only working off my own experiences and the experiences of my many Deaf friends, I don’t speak for everyone. Mad love to you guys, enjoy.

It was a blustery Saturday in Washington D.C., and Marcus Pike finally had a day off after wrapping up a particularly grueling case, and he had the entire day to himself. Of course, he made his way to one of the local art museums to enjoy what he loved most. After eight months in D.C., he was so grateful that the city had so many galleries and museums to choose from. His goal was to see everything in his new home whenever time permitted. There was a reason he worked in the Art Department at the FBI; art was his love, first and foremost. If he wasn’t chasing lost art, he was consuming or creating it. There was something about a good piece of art that answered as many questions as it asked.
