HELLO!!!! WELCOME TO MY BLOG'S INTRO POST!!!!!

My name is Em and I'm some 21 year old guy from the US who likes to draw little grey guys. I also draw my OCs (I have another blog for art of my original stuff, if you feel like following ^_^ @sparetimeloser )

I take drawing requests in my ask box, feel free to shoot me one!!!

All of the things I post are original except for the posts tagged with #reblog ^_^ I am not very organized otherwise though LOL.

I try to keep my blog at least mostly suitable for people under 18, because I'm not the age police. Anything adult I post will be tagged with #nsfw and probably #homesmut.

Fandoms and media I partake in: → HOMESTUCK!!! This blog is sorta all Homestuck centric. Sorry. I am the biggest fan of Erisol and the Amporas in general. → All of Junji Ito's books → Various fucked up horror mangas (My favorites are Pumpkin Night, Freak Island, and Deadtube) → Brokeback Mountain → Cabaret (the musical, the movie is good too though) → J-horror movies (My favorite is Ringu) → My Little Pony → Corpse Party → Death Note → Undertale I also really love numetal, post-hardcore, emo, and industrial music. Some of my favorite bands are Limp Bizkit, System of a Down, Snot, Korn, Slipknot, Sleeping with Sirens, Peirce the Veil, KMFDM, And One, Kittie, Rage Against The Machine, Linkin Park, and Static X. I also really love Oingo Boingo, Bloodhound Gang, and Joey Vanence & Brae but they don't match with the others LOL.....

Hobbies of mine include drawing, playing bass, listening to music, web design, and coding. I also love to collect things and have trinkets everywhere: I have a big CD collection, a hoard of monkey plushies, and a load of 8ball themed items, to name a few. I also love to use "old" technology, I still use my iPod and my CD walkman and all that sorta stuff.

Unironically I like deadtube. It’s a good manga! Besides, what’s the point in liking things ironically?

There is no point, you just gotta enjoy things that sometimes the rest of the internet world declares is 'bad'

like for starters, I like Splatter Punk. It's weird, it's CRINGE, it makes me have to put it down and stare quietly off into space for a while with a crinkled confused face at what I paid 99 cents to read.

This chapter of Deadtube actually does something interesting stylistically, where the mangaka kidnaps and forces the editor to draw his own manga in a "let's see you do better" kind of thing, and the editor uses it to try and convey his perspective that it would be crueler to tell an artist that the have potential when they don't

it becomes less interesting when the whole thing turns out to just be a love confession to the kidnapper mangaka, who he draws with conspicuously big boobs despite his simplistic style

What genres of manga do you like?

I like the isekai genre; but I also enjoy magical girl and extreme horror (my favorite extreme horrors are Brutal and DeadTube currently.)

I do occasionally indulge in a slice of life or romance.
