Apparently the last time I went to the #MummersParade, I was too young to remember, with my bro & my dad, who tried to put us up on the bleachers at City Hall but we couldn’t see a thing bc it was so crowded & we were too short. 2018 is now official! ✌️ Eating #ddukgook떡국 is a New Years tradition no Korean should miss— bc the whiteness of the soup symbolizes a clean, fresh start to the new year, and the disc-shaped rice cakes look like coins, so they symbolize a wish for upcoming prosperity for anyone who eats them.
