Every time I think of this scene in “The Jones”

All I can think of is:

I wanted to see this with Scully!

He wasn’t just abducted by aliens, but tortured by them over a long period of time.

There’s also an often overlooked one, where before Mulder was abducted by those aliens, he was already dying of a brain tumor in secret, and he went to see a soul eater, but then he felt bad and didn’t use them. So he was preparing to die. So apparently he couldn’t even catch a break when he was away .

The aliens care of him of that brain tumor, but gave him alien virus that led to him becoming part alien which led him to that chunk of brain being removed, previously mentioned.

He was drugged by a vampires pizza that was meant for Scully .

Infected by a parasite that lives in water.

He was poisoned by gas from alien blood.

He’s was attacked by a Beast woman, AKA the jersey devils wife.

Also on one occasion, he was possessed and had his face slashed. Oh, he still looks perfect !

His mind was also taken over by a computer or a computer program on more than one occasion .

He almost died of old age and dehydration. Infected by mushroom fungus spores both alongside Scully .

Not to mention he was groundhogg’ed an infected with the virus that kills the human race or do we not count those because those time lines were reversed.

Anything else ? I can’t remember but still he shouldn’t look so good after all these near death experiences. By the way, none of these are in any particular order.

Is Fox Mulder the most comically-brutalized protagonist in television history? Not only is he shot and beaten up on a regular basis, but the list of extreme and exotic injuries he accrues over the course of the series has got to be some kind of TV cop record. The man is mind-wiped by the military in only the second episode. For any other TV cop, that would be a career-defining event, but it’s just a day in the life of Agent Spooky.

Bro was cocooned by carnivorous insects, thrown out of a nuclear submarine into the Alaskan tundra by an alien bounty hunter, beaten up by an invisible gorilla. He was experimented on in a Siberian gulag, drowned in the Bermuda Triangle, tortured by Neo-Nazis. I wonder what getting Freaky Friday-ed by a malfunctioning UFO cloaking device does to your gonads. How much radiation has he been exposed to? Someone test this man’s hair follicles. How many mysterious bodily fluids has he dipped his finger in and tasted at crime scenes? Dear God, someone test him for HIV. Imagine being the FBI doctor who administers his physicals.

Remember when the Shadow Government was putting LSD in Mulder’s water tank? Our boy got blown up in an underground train car and resurrected in a Navajo healing ceremony, and that’s not even the last train car he would get blown up in. One time, his lungs were filled with mutated tobacco beetles. Hoss let a quack doctor give him ketamine and drill a hole in his goddamn skull. In an unrelated incident, he had a chunk of his brain stolen. He was locked in a padded cell, trapped inside of a video game, and— of course —abducted by aliens. Fox Mulder was fully dead, and then came back to life after being exhumed, and nobody even seemed that surprised when he rolled up at the J. Edgar Hoover building like nothing had happened.

Am I missing anything? How is this man still alive? His body must be like a pillowcase full of broken lightbulbs. Every time he moves, you just hear crunching.

Just watched Phantom.

It sucked but it shows some more of DD acting skills.

He was so straight faced as the role called for, no room for funny business.

DD is a big guy, WF is the same height yet DD manages to make himself so much bigger in this film. I

Also when you watch his other roles, afterwards, you can see he makes himself smaller a lot in them.

When he hit EH, Damn David!

Did anyone else notice there was a scene where they flipped his face! Like fr, there was a whole close up zoomed in section where his beauty mark was on the wrong side!

The movie sucked, but I think the actors did well with what they were given!!!

I actually liked this movie !!!

My brother was special needs & We grew up with the r-word being used as a weapon, hurtful .

That’s why it took a while to watch it but once I did I found it to be a touching film !!!

Robin Williams & Anton Yelchin we’re brilliant in their roles , RIP ❣️

I loved the conversations between Tom & Lady .

I loved the care between Tom & Pappas .

I filled up to cry a few times !!!

David did a great job it a lil gem !!!
