Story(created by AlanaDaMoonDemon15): Lab Rat, A freakish rat hybrid who has oddly reasonable intentions of helping out her rodent friends who she has the strangest ability of being able to talk to them, But doing so by raiding laboratories to rescue them while destroying important research to tormenting scientists and putting them through her ironic methods that were done to many experimented animals to bring satisfaction for herself isn't at all moral.

Her history before entering Gotham is unknown but Her first years of living in Gotham is no mystery, Her true name would be Remi Neil Larcen and in her teenage years used to be in a gang who are destructive group of teens who craved for causing trouble while best friends with the leader of the gang… or so she thought.

Soon their fun turned to boredom and the same boring schemes would run dry so they did something a bit extreme to in hopes of getting a kick out of it by breaking into a building that was assumed to be abandoned but discovered a hidden laboratory belonging to corrupted scientists. Remi felt uneasy and wanted to leave yet the leader of the gang wanted to stay and to destroy many things that is easily breakable, Remi, wanted to be cool and to not look bad stayed.

They destroyed half the lab until they came across a room filled with caged animals, Mostly consisted with rats or mice. The leader would take one out of their caged to strangle or stomp the poor creature for the fun of it which disturbed Remi and tried to reason with her then suddenly they got into a fight where Remi would get kicked that made her stumble backwards into a large shelf full of vials to crash into then the shelf would fall down onto her where the vials break underneath.

Remi under the shelf with shattered glass piercing into her skin and started to bleed where the liquids would seep into her open wounds to cause more agonizing pain for her so the gang left her for dead when they heard someone was coming then came the scientists who came to work on their experiments to only find their lab half destroyed while finding a body underneath the shelf, Soon they take her to their operating table to realized she had become influenced by their important experiment, Mutated rat DNA.

Soon Remi would mutate and became an hybrid between an human and a rat, The Scientists now have their only living hybrid yet where they transferred her into a secured area near Gotham City and to use it for science who they put her into many and many tests to her that would torture her and driving her half insane.

For many years Remi would be trapped inside the lab but she was accompanied by rats inside her cage where she would talk to them in comfort for so long then eventually after the years of torment, She would soon make her escape. With much careful planning she would finally leave the lab when it was overrun by rats and went into Gotham City where it was nearby to hide into the shadows in hopes of not being found.

She hid 4 years until she decided to slowly start to come out and had set a goal to find her old gang so she can put them through what she had to go through but for now she would go on to fight for rats who she turned against humanity and go after company's who used animals to experiment, She no longer goes by the name of Remi Larcen had died long ago and that she was reborn to be Lab Rat.

For a long while Lab Rat had made her name known for being an freakish hybrid who often broke into labs across the city and tortured or killed scientists while stole many of their animals, Leaving many important research or technology destroyed. Like most criminals who dared to break the law in Gotham City she would come across The Batman who often battled or captured her to bring her to Arkham Asylum for how broken she is both mind and body though she refuses to let doctors check up on her while very rude to therapists. So Lab Rat is put in solitude away from everyone and had to wear a straight jacket or a muzzle for she claws or bites, Still had to be constantly checked on.

sadly the actual scientists who did this to her would be long gone by the time she tried to track them down for revenge who took everything with them presumably afraid of being discovered since Lab Rat had attracted the public eye, Obviously she was seen to be the freakish abomination out there that had made her very self conscious of their looks when many other citizens or criminals would point them out.

Many thought Lab Rat would work alone for she claimed to only speak for the rats and that she cannot be reasoned or tamed but some how a flightless Bird would convince her when he found her very hungry in the streets when Lab Rat was going through a hard time when many people would try to pursue her where it became impossible for her to hide from the public, The Penguin was looking for special help with his crimes so it took some time of making Lab Rat warm up to him then eventually she would accept doing his dirty work in exchange for providing her shelter and food.

Still she had held her guard up though soon their partnership between them would grow to be much more when The Penguin would praise or compliment her, Lab Rat was confused for his sudden kindness yet she craved it since nobody at all treated her this way before, Let alone being loved. For long while Lab Rat had denied her growing attachment to the person she is working with and confused it as a business relationship, Lab Rat would be near him and even let the Penguin touch her or brush her hair as some sort of sign of actually trusting him.

The same almost goes for Roadkill who is her helper to her schemes and mostly has an odd but undoubtedly close friendship, Lab Rat acts as her some sort of parent figure who actually would do anything for Ro since they have lot in common who seemed two of a kind misunderstood people of society.

Attributes: Suffers a mutation which gives her the many traits of a rat. Suck as heightened sense of smell, hearing, and flexibility. Harbors the ability to speak to rodents, presumably even before her transformation. Despises social gatherings and is mostly fond of travelling at night. Has a fondness for children and has been shown to be kind in rare instances. Suffers from alcoholism.

Dream Voice Actress: Michaela Dietz. When she told me of the actress that should be playing Lab Rat, Alana spoke of the voice for Amethyst. To be honest, I actually see it. She just has that look to her, as well as the sleeve on her shoulder as Amethyst was use to doing. Now, whether that was intentional or not, I am not sure. But I admit, it suits Lab Rat as much as Amethyst.
