#dbh doesnt really explore or define deviancy super well. like deviants are killing people but also just might not want to do the dishes

Playing the android march sequence rn and the man outside of the mall on hold with Cyberlife because his android just keeps telling him "I would prefer not to" when he's asking her to do his dishes just got me thinking -
- i would have loved some more glimpses of deviancy happening outside of the main plot characters, and in instances less severe than "android kill man whaaat"
- there is just so much potential for any dbh prequel/sequel even on the basis of just exploring how deviancy started emerging and what exactly it is
- this also totally implies some kind of half-deviancy or beginning stage, where an android isn't having any kind of crisis or isn't being threatened, but is developing preferences and the ability to say no to things
idk just thinking and rambling :^P
