Loving your BreakBee fic! It's such a good story, I adore how you've written the characters so far. The terrans teasing Bee about being attracted to Breakdown is so good. Having Optimus in Bee's audial about Breakdown is sad though... but it's an excellent plot device, it makes sense that Poptimus prime isn't vibing with Bee going after such a bad boy... I can't blame him given that Bd kinda gives fuckboy who can't commit energy. And without getting nsft, the little bit where Bee is teasing and tells Breakdown "nope" while shaking his head is sooo good. It's just such a cute visual despite the not so innocent nature of the situation. I've been reading the fic on repeat, it's such so sweet and sad. I'm very excited for any future updates!! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much!!!!! ❤❤❤
I’m ecstatic you’re loving the story so far!! It truly means a lot! I adore writing them!!
Oh yes, poor Bee being influenced by Popitmus Prime in what he’s doing with his life…that certainly might veryyyy well be a theme ;) You spotted a wild plot device! I was afraid no one would notice that little thread throughout! And YES Popitmus HATESSSS Breakdown, both for good reason and for his own selfish justifications. ((I will henceforth refer to Optimus Prime as Poptimus Prime from now on because that is toooo good))
“Bad Boy” certainly does encapsulate what Breakdown presents himself as XD And YES he’s giving biiiiiiig ‘f boy who can’t commit’ energy!! He does act that way on purpose, but I don’t want to give anything away as to why…just know there is more to Breakdown than we can see!
I’ve said this so many times before, but for it being my first time writing smut, I’m quite surprised by the love it’s been getting, truly! I was just messing around and letting their dynamics play out, and wooooooah boy it was quite fun!! Hopefully I can be motivated to write some more in the future, however it all depends on what the story and characters want! :) Bee and Breakdown teasing each other in equal yet different manners is my Roman Empire…I can’t stop thinking about them. I love putting in little moments that are endearing and cute especially when the situation wouldn’t necessarily call for it :D
Thank you again for telling what you like about the story! I wanna cry happy tears when I get comments like this. I'm so honored that people are enjoying it so much!!! It means the world to me. And you’ve read it multiple times?? I’m doubly honored!! I hope you end up liking how the story goes! I love sharing it!!

I'm usually pretty active, but I might not respond sometimes for a bit because of irl things.
I don't mind NSFW and will interact with it within reason, as long as there's nothing visual, but that is not the main purpose of this blog and if someone is too insistent or pushy with it I will respond accordingly.
Because of my interpretation of Phantombur, his character does have several TW's around him from his death such as blood and gore, so just be mindful! I will put TW's in tags but still.
I can't draw to save my life, so I can't give you a physical representation of what my interpretation of Phantombur is, you'll just have to piece it together when he's talking pfft.

One of the things I like most in various ships is when there's dynamism. This isn't always great for an RL relationship, but I'm not engaging with fictional strictly for the realism--relationships which are more layered and have textures to them are much more interesting, to me, to watch germinate and grow.
As DBB himself said, Tech and Phee are very different people. In addition to the 'one of them is an alien science experiment and one isn't' part of it, Phee is very off-the-cuff, implied to live her life in an unplanned manner. Tech is suggested to be more directed and deterministic in his approach to things.
However, there's a major thing which they share: chaos. Tech is a master of responding to a situation, of changing up his tactics at a moment's notice. He doesn't see the chaos of life as a personal attack, just something to be accepted and worked around. Phee just lives that way by trade; arguably, she thrives in it. I honestly think this was part of the point of Entombed, even though they paired Hunter with Phee for most of the episode. Tech become invested in the hunt, glad to have something to focus his actual skills on. Of course he also doesn't pass up a chance to be snarky when it doesn't pan out, which Phee rolls with. She refuses to rise to the bait.
Pabu is, well, kind of self-explanatory, though a major point is how Wrecker has already noticed what's going on, which implies more has occurred between episodes 5 and 13. We don't know what that is, of course, can only speculate.
As for the conversation in The Summit, I'll be honest that I think that just comes back to the original point--they are very different people and there's a lot to explore and work through. I don't personally read this scene as nearly as negative as some folks do; that's just me, of course, and I can't speak for other ND people whose neurodivergence and their experiences with it don't track with my own. All I know is I saw two people failing to communicate; hardly a surprise, given the givens, and a good lead up to More Things when Tech is inevitably alive (ARE YOU LISTENING, DAVE???).
In a simpler sense, I like that Tech is a trope subversion of the technically-minded autistic person. He's not a smol bean who need protec; he's a capable, unflappable soldier. Those two facets seldom, if ever, come in a single character. On top of it, his irritation is petty, bordering on bitchy, and his anger is fairly cold and calculated. No blind rage or giggling maniac here. Again, very opposite of how these tropes typically play out, and this being the guy who has the badass hot chick hitting on him? Not Hunter or Wrecker? That's incredibly interesting to me.
And, well, it's nice for my ND rep to get the romance. Really nice, actually.
Okay... I just have to ask...
Feel free to share your reasons in reblogs and comments. I'm re-watching the series again and have some *thoughts*. ;)
Edited to Add -- if you voted Yes, PLEASE explain yourself. ;)

General Steeler Ectors
prefab metal building erectorsDiscovering a Big Building Specialist You Can Depend On
Working with a huge building specialist is frequently an overwhelming experience for a proprietor as a result of the significant threat and also prices entailed. Her large building and construction contractor need to be a person she can rely on without doubt; or else, step-by-step or plan differences that might begin little are apt to balloon until at some point the project is destined failure. In this post we talk about the various methods one might take in developing an owner-builder partnership that is unified and loaded with common respect, count on, and also reliability.
Frequently the huge building and construction service provider does not show up on the scene up until after comprehensive design illustrations have been completed. The typical name for this method is Design-Bid-Build (DBB). The owner solicits proposals from prospective professionals, making the design illustrations offered to candidates for them to examine.
Additionally, one might use what is referred to as the Design-Build (DB) technique. The concept behind this approach is that the very best feasible outcomes will certainly be attained if the layout and construction are allowed to create together. As well as to place the concept right into method indicates that the owner must provide the general power as well as responsibility to supervise both the layout as well as structure aspects, including choosing materials and also subcontractors, and to fix potential problems between architects and also contractors.
In either case, when the proprietor approves the contractor's quote, he is in significance turning over to him all job administration duties. Amongst his obligations are: satisfying federal government requirements, scheduling subcontractors, and ordering evaluations. He supervises, yet it is vital that he maintains routine interaction with the owner.
A big difference in between the two building techniques is where risk resides. For traditional DBB agreements, the proprietor retains overall job risk, which means that she has to pay added for any changes that she orders, and the contractor focuses on satisfying the pledges in his proposal. However, for DB agreements the threat changes to the contractor because he needs to absorb extra adjustment order prices.
To lower the threat integral with the DBB technique, the proprietor can take some things right into her own hand. A clear example is to hire some subcontractors directly when the work is not complicated nor needing the skills of a certified basic service provider. She essentially saves on some overhanging costs at the price of getting more very closely involved in the job.
Nevertheless, this is feasible only to a limited level (if in all) for large building and construction tasks, which is the subject of this short article. The industrial world has its very own collection of rules, licensing requirements, and also financing, and also the majority of proprietors are not equipped to take these on. This raises the need for trust also greater.
What collection of activities should the owner expect the service provider to meet? Generally, he needs to offer all products, devices, solutions, and also labor to finish the job. He is additionally in charge of communicating very closely with developers and the owner, and also responding in a prompt fashion to any kind of concerns that arise.
Extra particularly the service provider needs to take care of the project to the lowest detail. This means hiring as well as scheduling all subcontractors, scheduling design surveys or researches, getting energies linked, as well as acquiring building authorizations. He additionally must be proactive in taking care of quality control, consisting of protecting the site and also employees, and throwing away building and construction debris and storm water overflow.
All these tasks are well specified as well as straightforward to execute, so if the home builder has an online reputation for ignoring any of them, that ought to raise a warning. Yet a lot more crucial is the less distinct skill of managing threat, no matter the building technique. An excellent big construction professional expects prospective issues and addresses them today, whether they be poor worker efficiency, hazardous products appearing onsite, delayed deliveries, forget of security rules, or negative weather conditions.
Provided, we're now entering into metrics extra subjective than goal, however it has actually always held true that developing successful connections depends as much on impulse as on résumé. We really feel that paying attention to the points made here will certainly put you in great stead in finding a huge building and construction contractor that you can absolutely rely on. prefab metal building erectors

Yeah, I think at this juncture there's really nothing else that DBB could say whether he knows differently or not - because when CX-2 got skewered is he going to be like WOW I WISH THAT WAS TECH TOO, well no because that would be horrific. Which is why I'm much more interested in moments where the creative team is ambiguous because like. DBB saying "yeah a lot of people thought he was Tech glad that he's not" is the normal way to respond whether Tech's fake dead or real dead. Fake deaths are usually treated like real deaths all the way up to the reveal!
So "confirming" deaths via Twitter or fan conversation ultimately means very little. But when another fan mentions him saying that Tech's story may not be done, that's something notable - because it goes against the current party line that Tech is the deadest man to ever die despite all obvious evidence to the contrary.
Also, well, he's not a writer he's a VA. All other theories aside, he only knows what he records. And he might not have recorded anything to the contrary yet. But if he did, he's sure as hell not going to let on about it when asked directly.
So. I’m. Haunted by the lighting and posing on the CX-2 poster, haunted by the fact that no one will straight up say that Tech is dead or that he wasn’t CX-2, wondering if the CX-Tech plot wasn’t dropped after all, and hoping against hope that they’re putting this man through the wringer so they can pull him out and give him the happiest possible ending. CX-2 had BETTER be in the next series and he had better be Tech, because I need this to make sense. I mean, I’ll buy that the spear symbolically killed the CX-2 persona. I’ll buy, “Oh, he had to be Crosshair’s shadow in the last third of this series but we had to foreshadow him being Tech in the next one.” “The damage you sustained on Skako Minor all of your behavioral modifications,” coming back around. I’ll buy someone surviving that in the GFFA because they can in the real world (warning for a picture of a real life injury in the link). I’ll even buy that the electricity didn’t kill him because the boulders and the waterfall definitely should have (and it’s Star Wars). I really do not care about plausible survivability. I just want the story to make sense and for Tech to get back to his family.
Anyway all I’m saying is why release a poster that’s going to fuel speculation about a guy whose face we never see after the series is done and out? If you actually dropped that plot, why not change the poster? Or just not release it? Why do this? What is the purpose of this?? Because if the purpose was to drive me, specifically, insane, then congratulations, Lucasfilm! Mission accomplished.

Day 4 - AU (continued)
Hi there, it’s your sambenny love week anon here with more Stanford abo AU. I think I accidentally started a multichapter fic….
After Dean returns from Purgatory, the first thing he does is look for his brother. Well, actually, the first thing he does is drop off his new friend’s soul. Then he goes to look for Sam.
None of the numbers Dean calls are still active and his contacts haven’t seen Sam since before Dick exploded. The thought of his brother missing brings the alpha red out in his eyes which is completely unhelpful so he decides to calm down and start from the beginning.
He follows Sam’s tracks from the lab, meeting Kevin at the bunker and letting him walk him through the handful of half-assed hunts Sam did before he disappeared. Kevin has been searching for Sam the whole time.
“He didn’t look good,” Kevin admits reluctantly. He doesn’t look so good himself, but at least he’s safe. He reminds himself that that’s because of Sam and whenever he hits a dead end in the search he holds onto that.
“What do you mean didn’t look good?” Dean asks sharply.
Kevin shrugs, but his worry is plain on his face. “He was tired, like, exhausted. You disappeared and it was like all the life just drained out of him. He researched constantly and took up a few hunts. The last one he nearly died. I told him to take it easy and he promised he would. He was gone the next morning.”
And that breaks Dean. He knows they don’t do well without each other but he’s just starting to realize how much Ruby really kept Sam together the last time he was gone. Yeah, she was a manipulative bitch who got Sam hooked on demon blood to raise Lucifer but at least she kept him alive. At least Dean knew where his brother was when he got topside, because he looked for Sam Winchester and Sam Winchester was still there to be found. Now he might not be.
That sparks an idea, though, and he jumps on a computer and starts looking for Sam that way. He can’t get very far and Kevin isn’t much better, his skills lying elsewhere, so he calls Charlie.
“I need you to find Sam,” Dean says as soon as she picks up. To her credit, she doesn’t even question it.
“On it,” Charlie says and hangs up.
Dean’s restless, waiting for her call, so he goes down to the shooting range and unloads on targets until there’s nothing left but confetti. Kevin stays out of his way except to bring him beer, all the while with the same indulgent yet disappointed look Sam gives him after the third one.
Charlie doesn’t call, but she does text him an address at midnight. It’s almost twelve hours away, in Texas. Before he can even think to ask why Sam is there, Charlie sends another text. All this one says is Stay calm. Instead of answering, he jumps in his baby and goes.
He makes it in a little over ten hours. He’s tired and hungry and smells a little because he hasn’t showered since he got out of Purgatory so he snags a room at the closest motel and takes care of business before heading to the address Charlie sent.
“Welcome to the Serenity Rehabilitation Center for Omegas,” A tired but cheerful looking receptionist says when he walks in. “How may I help you?”
Dean doesn’t know which part shocks him more, the rehabilitation part or the omega part. As far as he knows, Sam is a beta, but late in life presenting does happen. He shoves the confusion down and asks for his brother.
“Room 423,” She says, but then a little frown appears. “You should probably talk to his doctor first.”
So Dean takes the elevator up to the fourth floor and stops at the nurse’s station to ask for a Dr. Amelia Richardson and settles in to wait. Thankfully, she comes around the corner rather quickly.
“Dean Winchester?”
“Yes,” Dean replies and takes a long look at her. She’s tall with curly hair and laugh lines but Dean can see the sadness in her eyes. He can also tell she’s a no-nonsense, shoot from the hip kind of doctor. He appreciates that, he doesn’t have time for sugarcoating. “What’s wrong with my brother?”
“Sam came to us almost eight months ago in a severe depression and was quickly diagnosed with DBBS, Debilitating Broken Bond Syndrome,” She explains. “It’s more common in omegas who lose their mates young, but Sam explained that he had been substituting his broken mate bond with a sibling bond. While not totally healthy, it is one of our first defenses against DBBS. It wasn’t until you went missing that that was lost to him as well.”
Dean is barely able to keep up. Sam had mated? And lost his mate? And was using Dean as a substitute? But Dr. Richardson kept going.
“Sam had already lost his appetite and energy levels. We set him up with a specific meal plan and a physical therapist, but it didn’t help. He became catatonic nearly three months ago. After a week we set him up with a feeding tube and a catheter. We rotate him once a day to avoid bedsores and bathe him every three days.”
“Catatonic?” Dean repeats. “Like a coma?”
“No,” Dr. Richardson denies, shaking her head. “For all intents and purposes, Sam is awake. He is just immobile and does not respond to any external stimuli.”
“Can I see him?”
“Of course.”
Dr. Richardson leads him to Sam’s room and leaves him at the door to go in at his own pace. When Dean finally manages to open the door, he’s shocked at what he sees, despite the doctor’s explanation. His little brother, his Sammy, is laying in a hospital bed with a tube leading into his nose, staring blankly at the ceiling.
“Sammy,” Dean chokes out sadly. He moves to Sam’s side, sitting in the chair next to his bed. It’s surprisingly comfortable, which is good because Dean plans on sitting here until his baby brother recognizes him and wakes up. He doesn’t care that that means Sam is substituting him for a lost mate. Dean would mate him himself if Sam was able, anything to ease his baby brother’s suffering. Plus it’s not like he ever planned on searching out a real mate. Instead, he’ll just sit here and hope for Sam to wake up.
It’s been three days, three days of sitting and watching and hoping, when his phone rings. He knows it’s not Kevin or Charlie because he promised to call them when anything changed. He looks at the unfamiliar number for a minute before answering.
“‘Lo?” He grunts, watching to see if Sam reacts. Of course he doesn’t.
“Hey, brother,” Benny says warmly. “It’s been a week, figured I’d check in and see how you were settling in.”
Despite the situation, Dean laughs. “How did you get a phone?”
“Would you believe they sell these things in convenience stores now? A lot’s changed in 12 years.”
“Tell me about it,” Dean says, looking at Sam sadly.
“Hey,” Benny says, concerned. “What’s going on?”
“It’s Sammy,” Dean says. “I got out and he wasn’t hunting or settled down or even on the brink of another apocalypse. He wasn’t anywhere. Then, when I do track him down, I find him in an omega rehabilitation center.”
Benny makes a confused noise. “I thought you said Sam was a beta.”
“I thought he was. Apparently he presented and mated when he was at Stanford.”
“Wait,” Benny says, voice blank. “Stanford University?”
“Yeah?” Dean questions. “I told you, I picked him up there in 2005 to look for our dad.”
“So your omega brother, Sam, would have been at Stanford in 2001,” Benny says slowly, putting the pieces together and coming up with a heartbreaking picture.
“Yes. Benny, what is going on?” Dean asks impatiently. He doesn’t know if he can take any more of this.
“Text me the address. I’ll tell you when I get there,” Benny says before hanging up.
Dean looks at his phone and sighs, shrugging. He sets it down in favor of Sam’s hand, patting it comfortingly.
“Looks like we’re having a visitor, Sammy. Don’t worry, I think you’ll like him.”
!!yelling!! I will totally cheer you on if you want to make this even more parts!! I love it! You’re a star, nonnie!
I liked Amelia and I’m glad she made an appearance! Poor Sam :(
How’s Dean gonna react?!

Union chief upbeat on prospects for deal in German wage talks

Union chief upbeat on prospects for deal in German wage talks
POTSDAM, Germany (Reuters) – Negotiators for both Germany’s public sector unions and employers signaled a willingness to compromise at the start of a third round of wage talks on Sunday, after more than 150,000 union members joined in warning strikes last week.
FILE PHOTO: Members of German public sector workers union Verdi stage a strike at the airport in demand for higher wages in Frankfurt, Germany April 10, 2018. Signs read “Today a warning strike” and “We are worth it”. REUTERS/Kai Pfaffenbach
Trade union Verdi, with 2.3 million members, and the dbb association of civil servants, which represents 344,000 public servants, have been pressing for a pay raise of 6 percent, or least 200 euros more a month.
Employers have rejected that demand as too high, but said it was clear that public sector workers should benefit from strong growth in Europe’s largest economy.
“I hope we can get to a reasonable solution,” Interior Minister Horst Seehofer, leading the negotiations for the federal government, told reporters. “I hope that we can get it done in the next two days.”
Verdi leader Frank Bsirsky told reporters he was upbeat after telephone talks with employers in recent days, citing better-than-expected participation in last week’s strikes across Germany, and wide public support for the union’s demands.
“I have the impression that all the participants will try to reach a breakthrough in this round of talks,” he said. “We want to work together to find a solution that ensures fair and reasonable living conditions.”
He said the union would respond if employers decided to pursue a more confrontational approach.

Seehofer underscored the importance of public sector workers for German society, but declined to give details of the government’s counter-proposal.
Thomas Boehle, president of the VKA association of local employer organizations, told reporters that he also expected movement on the wage issue in coming days.
“I’m seeing a broad willingness to find a compromise,” he said.
Verdi’s Bsirske told the German newspaper Handelsblatt that surging German tax revenues meant the pay deal should definitely outpace the one from two years ago, when workers got an initial 2.4 percent increase, followed by a 2.35 percent increase.
In the industrial sector, 3.9 million workers agreed on a pay and flexible working hours deal in February that amounted to a roughly 4 percent rise per year for 2018 and 2019. Inflation edged up to 1.5 percent in March.
Germany is reporting buoyant tax revenues and a record budget surplus, with falling unemployment, inflation-busting pay rises and low borrowing costs fuelling a consumer-led upswing.
