Some days are just great. Then there are other days. Seriously I wish I would rather not have them, but that is not in our hand.

Days when you stop feeling at all and you get that sinking feeling in your stomach. Sometimes I just go back to sleep so that I can start over. Here is a bad day survival list, that I tend to follow. Maybe it will help or maybe not, just create your own list in that case.

Day 5

I left my notebook at work, So I will write here during my lunch break.. I sweat alot. Lol. It's pretty embarrassing because I have to create outfits to potentially hide my sweating pit episodes that I have during the day. As of late, over the past few years, it's gotten alot worse. I used to be able to wear button up blouses without having to put on a vest..or sweater, but now..I HAVE to do it.. I'm sweating now. Lol. I'm super self conscious about my physical outward appearance. And I just took off my crew neck to see the damage. And it's bad. Lmaooo. I know that it's directly related to my anxiety disorder.. but I haven't seemed to calm down yet. Not sure what to do. Cuz deodorant ain't the answer. Kthanksbyee
