So I’ve been applying to jobs in New York and telling them I already live there and two of them seem interested and one of them is this temp to possibly perm role at a Harlem tutoring/after school program and the role matches my experience PERFECTLY so I told them I’m out of town til the 18th but can interview virtually before then and my point of contact wrote me to let me know the chief of staff at this program liked my resume and he’s going to try to set up an interview this week and now I’m worrying that they’re going to try to interview me in person after I’ve come “back in town”. In that case idk what to do bc it’s very much a temp with potential for perm role but it’s also more promising than a lot of roles I’ve interviewed for and I’ve been hoping to visit again anyway… in this hypothetical scenario should I just fly out and do it???
