It’s Day 237 of the Windy Wessagusset Wimple of 2024. The wind was out of the W at 6mph with gusts to 10mph at 11am. The temperature was 77°, and felt like it was 72°. I used the Gold color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn to show the wind was out of the W. I worked my knitting in garter stitch since the wind was blowing at 6mph. It was another sunny day in Wessagusset, but it was hot once again. There was no breeze to help it feel better today. It was another day of recovery today. I have found I am fine as long as I don’t move around. Once I’m up and doing things the fatigue sets in very quickly. It is exhausting, and that’s part doesn’t seem to be getting better. My dear husband is a few days behind me, and it is so hard watching him go through this. Be safe out there.

It’s Day 237 of the Great Hill Humidity and Dew Point Differential Scarf 2023. The humidity was 90%, the dew point was 66°, and the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 24 today. I am using the Bright Yellow color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn. I am working my stitches in the “stockinette stitch” pattern to indicate the differential between the humidity and the dew point was 24 at 1 pm.

I’m not a fan of pie but peach pie holds a special place in my heart...ha! This woman is my grandma (may she laugh her ass off in heaven remembering this story!) and a very long time ago she showed me how to make peach pie. And after we dropped it taking it out of the oven our super supportive family came over to point and laugh! I have never attempted pie making again! Haha!
