It’s Day It’s Day 183 of the Windy Wessagusset Wimple of 2024. The wind was out of the northeast at 8mph with gusts at 18mph at 11am. The temperature was 67° and it felt like 61°. I used the Dark Orchid color of Red Heart Super Saver yarn to show the wind was out of the northeast. I worked my knitting in garter stitch since the wind was blowing at 8mph. It was an interesting day in Wessagusset. We began with sunshine, which turned into an early afternoon thunderstorm, torrential rain, and sunshine once again by the late afternoon. We are preparing for July 3rd, and the fireworks that go up outside our front door. We have some family members who will come to celebrate with us, so it should be a fun night. The Celtics announced they are selling the team. It should be a huge payday since they won the playoffs handily. I only hope John Henry stays far away from them. He has fouled up the Red Sox, and we certainly don’t need that for the Celtics. Be safe out there.
