So in my co-op I'm playing with my wife, I got to what seems to be the end of Wyll's romance aside from literal game end

So he brought my tav Katrice out to a field with an oak "wishing" tree and told her how he used to go there a lot as a kid, etc, and started talking about the future

And this man turns around, drops a knee, and proposes!!! With an acorn from this wishing tree!!!

Ofc i said yes and they kissed and there was a fade to black so Katrice finally got laid (i fucked the mind flayer but tbh I don't count that) but hhhhhhhhh it was so cute. I was super blush and giggly and my wife was teasing me

But we headcanoned that later that night when Wyll and Katrice slipped back into the rented penthouse at the Elfsong tavern, my wife's tav Valmaia was still up with a cup of tea or something. And Val has a +13 to perception so she knew instantly what Katrice and Wyll had been up to. Just full eye contact, loudly slurping her tea. "You're up awfully late."

All in all it was a very nice way to end the night. Next time we play its gonna be bank heist time, and then after that will be time for the House of Hope, Orpheus, and then on to taking on Gortash and the Elder brain. I'm so excited 💜

im fiiiiinally far enough into bg3 to have gotten into it (tho im only up to the blighted village lol, im sooo late to the party) and i

he is called dax and he is a super cool heroic actin' paladin who just keeps making stupid mistakes (i immediately broke my oath, got into a battle where every party member was downed at least twice, and flung a guy off a windmill because i pulled the wrong lever)

he is also a hot often-shirtless golden dragonborn with purple undertones and he looks HOT AF, im finally playing video games right i think (make character hot because i will be looking at them a lot, v smart v clever)

What's the origin of your blogs title?

- so I actually changed it within the last 6ish months!! I'm chronically online AND love Lando Norris, so I went for a punny name that merged the "error 404 page not found" and dropped the first 4 to make it Lando's racing number!

Favorite Fandoms:

- I haven't been in it very long in the grand scheme of things, but I love the F1 fandom! I'm also big into the Arcane, Dune, and Lord of the Rings fandoms :)

- tbh I don't think I really have any??? I'm cheesy and just love the pairing of Paul x Chani (Dune) and Aragorn x Arwen (LotR). I'm realizing in this very moment that I don't really ship??? WAIT JK I JUST REMEMBERED HORIMIYA (Hori × Miyamura; watch HoriMiya!!! It's so good and the show title is literally their shipname!!!)

Favorite Color:

- I have a big list of aesthetic-looking colors that I love, but a very specific shade of royal blue is my favorite 💙 (i.e. the blue of Chelsea F.C.'s unis, which is ironic because I'm a Liverpool girlie)

- I lowkey like to think I'm in my dream job right now?? But if I *had* to pick, I'd say I'd wanna do communications for an F1 team (preferably McLaren) :)

- I like to think I'm good at baking?? And occasionally art! I used to paint portraits of anime characters when I got bored :)

- uhhh, being humble, probably. On a serious note, I'd say I'm kinda bad at opening up to people at first. I'm super introverted, and it can take a lot of energy to feel comfortable conversing/opening up to people

- the smell of a new book, spending time with friends and family, gaming, oh, I could list so many things

- People have like, 3 right? Mine would be quality time, physical touch, and words of affirmation (followed very closely by acts of service). Spending time and being able to hug the people I care about means so much to me :)

- SO. MANY. OPTIONS. First and foremost, Dune (I think of part 1 and part 2 as a single one, in this case). Other favorites include Arcane, Castlevania (the original and Nocturne, because I love Richter), HoriMiya, True Beauty (a kdrama), and XO, Kitty

- techinically?? I never got around to playing an instrument, but I do sing and did choir for a year in high school (plus my mom has a music degree lmao)

- hmmm. I'd get more sleep.

- that's a really great question that I've honestly never thought about??? Tbh, as cheesy as it sounds, I think I'd like to go back and have more time with grandparents/great-grandparents, who I felt I never got to really know. There's so many things I know about my grandmother now that I wish I had known when she was alive, because then we could talk about them :)

Recommend one of your favorite fanfics:

- I hate that I can't remember the name of it, but there was a post-war fanfic about Sakusa Kiyoomi where he moves in with a young woman and her grandmother while he's getting back on his feet, and they fall in love while completing the most mundane of chores??? And it's just so heartwrenchingly sweet 🥹

What's the origin of your blog's title?

Cayde-6 is my favorite Destiny character (shocking,I know) and so I just meshed the acronym Bae (Before Anyone Else) and Cayde's name together.

That and when guys act like girls can't/don't know how to play videogames I've had guys literally try to  "teach" me things about games I've been playing longer than them. They also knew this when they asked.

I once had a guy ask me if I wanted him to walk me through the entirety (and I do mean the entirety) of BG3 (Hi! Hello! Regular honor mode player here.👋✨) and one asked me if I knew Skyrim had mods and if I knew how to install them. (This was after I told him how I had been playing Skyrim,at the time, for 5+ years.)

Something you collect: Nerd merch. I have a lot of Loki related items and different Funko pops. I also have a Ghost replica that lights up (not to mention a lot of nerd shirts/sweatshirts including a Cayde-6 one.)

Something you forget:

I'm not really sure. If I forget anything I must have forgotten it. 😉

Are you musical?: I was a theater kid growing up.I was in musicals and talent shows. I sing still. In school I played piano,drums,steel drums, trombone and guitar. Now I mostly use those talents as a bard in RP/videogames.😅 (A friend of mine and I recently watched the d&d movie and when the bard appeared she pointed at the screen and said "It's you!")

finally doing my durge run

So my party disabled a giant flame trap, fought some goblins, and won

I went over to a ledge to look for loot and triggered ANOTHER flame trap and died-died, not just down. But hey, I've got a revivify scroll, so if we can turn off this new flame trap, I can come back

Well shadowheart got nuked by this trap as well while my wife was trying to turn it off. She turns it off and we use our only two revivify scrolls on shadowheart and my character

So we're fully alive but mostly out of health and completely out of spells and revivify scrolls. And my dumb ass sees a rune on the wall, touches it, it turns back on the FIRST fire trap, which instant TPKs us all

And then we had to redo almost two hours of game play because we hadn't saved 🥲 im so lucky my wife is so patient. Once I got over my mortification about it we joked that I had just got really into roleplay since my character is not street smart at ALL and the very epitome of curiosity killed the cat. I swear I should've given her a wisdom of like 8 🙄
