Min strategi för tålamod

Häromdagen fick jag frågan om vad som är min största utmaning just nu. Jag svarade: “Tålamod”. Följdfrågan som kom, löd: “Vad har du för strategi för att landa i tålamod?” Efter lite funderande föll svaret på plats, och jag svarade: “Att vara i tacksamhet.” Att vara i tacksamhet, gärna i kombination med grannkänslan förundran, är för mig en nyckel till att vila i nu.
