Finally! The weird lady with a strangely familiar look understood his plight! Hell bent on not loosing this opportunity, Davial grabs the sticks and hops around happily.

Of a single jump, he then lands neatly next to Maria. Putting the stick down, He caws once more, showing gratitude. Still, He cocks his little head on the side shortly after, seemingly pondering on something. There sure was something weird about this lady... But he liked her.

She hears the bwak and looks away from her book toward the crow next to her foot. She tilted her head, wondering what he wanted, before noticing what he was looking at. A stick under foot. She lifts her feet so the bird can get the stick.

From his hideout, Davial looms over the newcomer with renewed interest. This was no bandit or disgruntled traveler. This fella was far more.... focused. He didn't seem that dangerous tho. He ponders the question for a bit.
