Dave Rimmer is one of the most dedicated DJs, collectors and writers on the Northern Soul scene.  

His website at http://www.soulfulkindamusic.net is one of the most detailed resources available and his passion comes through in all of his support of the music.   He has recently published the second part of his definitive Rare Soul Bible book which is essential for those dedicated to this great music.  Rather wonderfully he has updated and republished part 1 too.
