WIP Wednesday

Almost missed the mark...also have to be super honest. I've not written enough on the latest chapter of Falling Fearless because I went back to work (gross) but I also was drawing a little. So here's a brief snippet of a (much) later chapter (relevant) for the story WIP:

Falling Fearless | EmmRook | M/M | Eventual E

Rook still lay his head in the crook of Emmrich’s neck and Emmrich wove their fingers together, tracing the outline of his borrowed rings. The fire crackled, a fresh log had been deemed necessary in their rearrangement, and Rook could only be grateful for how it warmed their bare skin.  “What’s this one?” He asked, voice still languid and unrecovered. When Emmrich made a curious noise, he continued. “The ring with the braided details. What’s the history?”  Emmrich lifted his hand, examining, though Rook had no doubt he knew exactly which one it was. Especially when he took the chance to kiss Rook’s knuckles once more.

My last art upload of 2024 🥹 Aibhne "Rook" Ingellvar 💜 (They/He - Emmrich smoocher 🥰)

[Image Description] Digital realism painting of Aibhne, a purple haired, green eyed, elf. Aibhne is "Rook", an OC in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. They are Mourn Watch and are wearing the basic Mourn Watch casual outfit. They are painted from the bust up, their top has a high, loose turtle neck with a stiff collar, a musky purple to blue, with a light leather trim and thick stitching. Aibhne is looking off into the distance to the left, they have big, thick bushy dark brown brows; the right having two slits shaved into it near the end. They are wearing black winged eyeliner with vibrant blue and purple eyeshadow; the inner corners being a glitterly sky blue and the outer part going to a darker blue. Pink and purple, small opaque stars are scattered across their cheeks, along with small sparkly freckled stars peppered across them. Aibhne has several facial piercings including; a stretched labret, medusa, nostril, two eyebrow piercings and an anti-eyebrow, all their piercings are black expect the anti-eyebrow which is two rainbowed gems. The tip of their right ear also has several black small hoops in the cartilage. Aibhne is surrounded by a purple smoky galaxy which hugs around them slightly; ranging from dark purples to almost white. Little going balls of dust float around them.
